Mobile Construction Site Toilet Manufacturing
Admin October 02, 2026
There are various manufacturing methods for mobile construction site toilets, with common approaches including using water storage tanks and pallets, or employing square tube welding for the overall framework, with designs needing to balance functionality and mobility.

I. Water Storage Tank and Pallet Fabrication Method
- Basic Structure Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to ensure mobility; place a water storage tank as the core container and use an angle grinder to cut the top to form an open tank for easy installation of subsequent facilities.
- Tank Modification and Fixation: Stack two open-top water storage tanks and secure them with self-tapping screws to increase space; cut a rectangular opening as the doorway, ensuring the size fits personnel entry and exit.
- Internal Facility Installation: Drill holes in the tank floor, install drain elbows and pipes, and connect them to the bottom water storage tank to form a sewage collection system; fix the toilet and seal it with glue to prevent leakage; install faucets, washbasins, showers, and other sanitary facilities to meet basic hygiene needs.
- Door Fabrication and Completion: Make a door using wooden boards and hinges, install a door handle to ensure smooth opening and closing; check the sealing of all connections to prevent odor diffusion.
II. Square Tube Welding Framework Method
- Framework Design and Welding: Taking a 3-meter-wide and 6-meter-long square tube toilet as an example, weld the overall framework using 10101.5 thick square tubes to ensure a lightweight yet sturdy structure; divide the left and right areas into men's and women's restrooms respectively to improve usage efficiency.
- Functional Zoning and Facility Configuration: Equip with special doors for container houses to enhance privacy protection; install ceramic washbasins to improve durability; lay anti-slip flooring throughout the floor to ensure safety during use.
III. General Composition and Design Principles of Mobile Toilets
- Core Components: Include fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, sanitary facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices, with all parts needing to work together to meet usage requirements.
- Classification by Structure and Mobility: Classified by structure into single and composite structures; by mobility into lifting, handling types, powered, and towed types; by sewage treatment into flush, non-flush suction, recirculating flush, and dry packing types, with the appropriate type needing to be selected based on the construction site environment.
- Design Principles: Adhere to principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental protection, ecological friendliness, environmental benefit, efficiency improvement, and humanitarianism, with the overall structure needing to be lightweight yet sturdy and the mobility devices complete and reasonable to adapt to the dynamic needs of construction sites.
