Mobile Color Steel Toilet Production

Admin September 27, 2026

The production of mobile color steel toilets requires comprehensive design from three dimensions: materials, craftsmanship, and functionality. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Material Selection

  1. Main Panel: Color steel panels are used, typically with a thickness of 0.3-0.8 millimeters. The coating process is divided into two types: zinc-aluminum-magnesium (highly corrosion-resistant but 20% more expensive) and ordinary galvanized. The panels must be waterproof and fire-resistant, with rock wool sandwich panels or polyurethane filling enhancing thermal insulation.
  2. Frame Structure: Square tubes or C-shaped steel are selected as the frame, with a wall thickness meeting load-bearing requirements (generally ≥2 millimeters) and undergoing anti-rust pretreatment (such as hot-dip galvanizing). The stability of the frame directly affects the toilet's service life.
  3. Internal Facilities: Basic configurations include toilets (direct-discharge, packing, or microbial degradation types), sinks, faucets, etc. Accessibility accessories (handrails, ramps, emergency call buttons) should be selected based on the usage scenario and are usually priced separately.

II. Production Craftsmanship

  1. Steel Processing:
    • Cutting and Welding: Laser or plasma cutting ensures precision. Welding points require double-layer anti-rust treatment (epoxy zinc-rich primer + fluorocarbon topcoat), increasing costs by 15% compared to single-layer spraying.
    • Modular Assembly: There are two methods: integral hoisting (high transportation requirements but efficient installation) and on-site assembly (suitable for complex sites but with increased labor costs).
  2. Sealing Treatment:
    • Edge Sealing: Polyurethane foam or rubber sealing strips are used. The former offers superior waterproofing, while the latter provides significant thermal insulation.
    • Tank Sealing (if using a water storage tank structure): Waterproof adhesive must be applied at tank connections, and a drain valve installed to prevent leakage.
  3. Water Storage Tank Structure (Optional):
    • Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the拖板 (trailer plate). Cut the water storage tank to form an open tank, stack and secure it, then cut the doorway.
    • Create a drain opening inside, install the toilet, sink, and other facilities, and finally install the door and door handle.

III. Functional Design

  1. Sewage System:
    • Direct-discharge type: Requires connection to municipal pipelines, suitable for fixed locations.
    • Packing type: Uses degradable bags, no need for water or electricity, but requires regular replacement.
    • Microbial degradation type: Decomposes excrement through bacterial agents, no need for water or electricity but requires continuous purchase of consumables.
  2. Thermal Insulation and Ventilation:
    • Thermal Insulation: Rock wool sandwich panels (density ≥80kg/m³) or polyurethane filling are used, with fire ratings meeting standards.
    • Ventilation: Install exhaust fans or natural vents to prevent odor accumulation.
  3. Accessibility Design: Add handrails, ramps, etc., according to the user group (such as the elderly or disabled), with a width meeting wheelchair access requirements (≥90cm).

Precautions: Before production, clarify the usage scenario (such as scenic spots, construction sites, temporary events) to determine material specifications and functional configurations. If using a water storage tank structure, ensure the tank's load-bearing safety and regularly check its sealing performance.
