Production Method of Mobile Cement Toilet

Admin October 16, 2026

There is no standardized and unified production method for mobile cement toilets, but the production of mobile toilets generally involves steps such as design and planning, material selection, main frame production, wall panel and roof installation, and internal facility installation. Additionally, a simple movable toilet can be made using water storage tanks and pallets, as detailed below:

General Production Process of Mobile Toilets

  1. Design and Planning: Clarify the purpose of the toilet, the usage environment, and the expected lifespan. Consider stability, ensuring it through reasonable structural design and center-of-gravity calculation. Plan the internal space layout, taking into account user privacy and ease of movement. Determine the fecal matter treatment plan, with common options including packaged, circulating water flush, and biodegradable types.
  2. Material Selection: The main structural materials include fiberglass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and plastic. Fiberglass is corrosion-resistant, easy to shape, and easy to clean, but costly. Stainless steel is sturdy, durable, and highly corrosion-resistant, but heavy and expensive. Aluminum alloy is lightweight and easy to move, suitable for frequent relocation, but slightly less strong than steel. Plastic is low-cost and lightweight, but requires attention to long-term aging resistance and structural strength. Internal fittings should be durable, water-saving, and easy to maintain.
  3. Main Frame Production: Cut, weld, or assemble structural materials according to the design drawings to form the overall frame. Ensure the frame has sufficient strength to withstand stresses during transportation and use. Steel or aluminum alloy frames should be welded firmly without cold welds, and then undergo rust and corrosion prevention treatment. If a sloped roof is designed, consider top drainage.
  4. Wall Panel and Roof Installation: Wall panels commonly use color-coated steel sheets, aluminum-plastic panels, or composite panels. Pay attention to joint sealing during installation to prevent rainwater leakage. Roof installation should consider not only waterproofing but also insulation and load-bearing. In cold regions, insulation layers can be added. If solar panels are designed for power supply, reserve installation positions and interfaces on the roof.
  5. Internal Facility Installation: Install sanitary ware and other facilities to provide the functions of the mobile toilet.

Making a Simple Movable Toilet Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  1. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet.
  2. Place the water storage tanks, cut the tops to form open tanks, and stack and fix two open tanks.
  3. Cut out a doorway, make a drainage hole on the internal floor, and install drainage pipes.
  4. Install a toilet, faucet, sink, showerhead, and other facilities.
  5. Make and install the toilet door.
