Production Process of Mobile Bathroom and Toilet
Admin October 10, 2026
The production process of mobile bathrooms and toilets mainly includes three methods: using a water storage tank, self-making with a water storage tank and a pallet, and production by a mobile toilet manufacturing factory. Details are as follows:

Production Using a Water Storage Tank
- Basic Structure Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Secure wooden strips to the upper side of the tank with self-tapping screws to increase height. Then, use the angle grinder to cut an opening on the side of the tank, install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame, embed a plastic soft board to create an elevated wall, place the upper half of the tank on top of the wooden strips as a roof, and finally apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics.
- Indoor Device Installation: Use a hole-cutting tool to create a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Cut holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket to connect to direct fittings, and place the plastic bucket on the roof as a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a tee fitting below the inlet pipe and connect a showerhead, place a toilet and install the water tank, and secure the toilet with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage tank, horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the inlet pipe for a sink, connect external fittings and hoses, and cut holes in the door and install fittings.
Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
- Basic Structure Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet and place a water storage tank on it. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to remove one side and form an open tank body. Stack two open-top tanks upside down and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws, and cut out a rectangular opening.
- Internal Facility Installation: Cut a hole in the floor inside the tank, insert an elbow and a water pipe, and seal the gaps. Cut off the excess water pipe. Align the toilet with the drain hole and secure it with glue. Fix the water pipe and install a faucet, connect the water pipe to create a drain outlet, and secure a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank, install a shower hose and bracket, and install a toilet seat and a spray-type showerhead.
- Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the tank, and attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form a door. Install a door handle.
Production Process in a Mobile Toilet Manufacturing Factory
- Design and Structural Planning Stage: Engineers conduct modular structural design based on usage scenarios, load-bearing requirements, climatic conditions, and transportation limitations. High-strength steel or composite materials are used as the main frame. The internal layout is reasonably configured according to ergonomics and sanitation standards, and some high-end models integrate intelligent functions.
- Manufacturing Stage: The factory adopts standardized assembly line operations. The main structure is completed by automated equipment. The inner and outer wall panels are mostly made of SMC or FRP materials, followed by sealing tests and electrical system installation.
- Final Assembly Stage: Integrate sanitary ware, ventilation devices, and control systems, and conduct overall functional debugging.
