Mobile Bathroom Toilet Production Method
Admin October 09, 2026
Mobile bathroom toilets can be made using materials such as water storage buckets and tanks. Here are some common methods:

Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Bucket
- Basic Structure Construction
- Use an angle grinder to split the water storage bucket in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Increase the height by fixing wooden strips to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws. Create a door frame by cutting an opening on the side of the bucket and installing sponge strips. Embed plastic soft boards to form elevated walls. Place the upper half of the bucket on top of the wooden strips as a roof. Finally, apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips for aesthetics.
- Indoor Device Installation
- Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket to install a drain pipe as a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and install direct connectors. Place the plastic bucket on the roof as a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a tee under the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank. Fix the toilet with glass glue and connect the drain pipe to the sewage bucket. Connect a water pipe horizontally from the tee of the outlet pipe to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the sink. Connect a hose and install a connector by drilling a hole in the door.
Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
- Basic Frame Construction
- Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a plastic pallet and place a recycled water storage tank on it. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to remove the top and form an open tank. Place another open tank upside down and stack it, then fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
- Opening and Drainage System Installation
- Cut a rectangular opening 180 cm high and 50 cm wide on the outer frame of the tank as a doorway. Cut the tank body according to the size to form a door opening. Drill a hole in the internal floor, insert an elbow from the bottom up and connect it to a water pipe. Seal the gaps with glue and cut off the excess part.
- Sanitary Ware Installation
- Place the toilet aligned with the drain hole and fix it with glass glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall with clips and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws at the bottom and connect a drain pipe. Drill a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless-steel basin as a sink. Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose, install a bracket and a toilet seat, and finally install a spray-type showerhead.
- Door Installation
- Fix a wooden board to the frame of the tank with hinges to form a door. Install a door handle to complete the assembly.
Precautions: Ensure the tightness of the drainage system during the production process to avoid water leakage. Pay attention to the waterproofness and load-bearing capacity when selecting materials. If electrical circuits (such as the bath heater) are involved, they should be operated by professionals to ensure safety.
