Mobile Assembled Toilet and Bathroom
Admin October 10, 2026
Mobile assembled toilets and bathrooms come in various forms and feature convenient mobility, modularity, and reusability.

In terms of form:
- Self-made portable toilets: The production process is relatively complex, requiring the installation of universal wheels on a wooden base, placing a cut bucket, securing wooden strips, cutting an entrance and exit, wrapping and securing the cut edges, extending and raising the structure before installing a lid, processing a wooden door, installing drainage pipes and floor drains, placing a green bucket on the top lid and installing a water pipe connector, making a showerhead with PVC pipes, and installing a toilet, etc. This self-made toilet can be customized according to personal needs and space, but the production process requires certain hands-on skills and tools.
- Outdoor prefabricated mobile toilets: Taking the four-squat toilet produced by Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. as an example, it is suitable for public places such as scenic spots and campsites. It is 4 meters long, 2.3 meters wide, with a pointed roof design. The exterior walls are made of heat-insulating metal carved panels. The men's toilet has two squat positions, urinals, and pedestal sinks, and can be purchased for less than 20,000 yuan. These mobile toilets are usually produced by professional manufacturers, featuring standardized design and production processes, ensuring relatively reliable quality.
In terms of structure and classification:
- By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively simple and suitable for small-scale use; composite-structure toilets are more complex and can meet more functional requirements.
- By mobility method: They are classified into lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling types are suitable for short-distance movement; powered and towed types can be transported over long distances by vehicles.
- By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different treatment methods are suitable for different environments and needs. For example, water-flush types are suitable for places with a water source, while dry-packing types are suitable for water-scarce areas.
In terms of design principles: The design of mobile toilets should adhere to the principles of convenient mobility, economic durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness; and improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, and the structure should be sturdy. The design should also consider controlling the height and width of the toilet, and the mobility device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality.
