How to Make a Mini Prefabricated House
There is no publicly available information that explicitly outlines the complete method for making a mini prefabricated house. However, by combining the characteristics of prefabricated buildings with the experience of crafting handmade mini houses, a general approach can be outlined, consisting of four main steps: design, material preparation, main structure construction, and decoration.

Design Phase: It is essential to clarify the purpose, dimensions, and structure of the house. Despite its small size, a mini prefabricated house should not lack functional divisions. For instance, if used as an office, it should be planned with areas for work and rest. Determine the length, width, and height of the house based on its intended use; generally, mini houses range from a few square meters to several dozen square meters in area. Additionally, design the house's structure, deciding whether to use a frame or brick-and-mortar structure (lightweight frame structures are commonly used for mini houses), and determine the shapes and slopes of the walls and roof. Professional architectural design software can be utilized during the design process to ensure structural rationality and safety.
Material Preparation: Drawing inspiration from mini offices constructed using prefabricated building techniques, metal carved panels can be used for the exterior walls, offering advantages such as insulation, heat resistance, fire prevention, and aesthetic appeal. For interior decoration materials, wooden flooring can be chosen for the floor to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Lightweight steel keels can be selected as the main structural material due to their high strength and light weight, facilitating transportation and installation. Additionally, fastening materials such as connectors, screws, and rivets, as well as sealing materials like sealant, should be prepared. If crafting by hand, tools such as tweezers and screwdrivers should also be on hand.
Main Structure Construction: Begin by constructing the house's frame, assembling the lightweight steel keels according to the design drawings to form the walls and roof frame of the house. During construction, ensure the frame's verticality and flatness, using a level and plumb line for detection and correction. After the frame is completed, install the exterior wall metal carved panels, securing them to the keels with self-tapping screws. Pay attention to tightly joining the panels to avoid gaps. For roof installation, ensure proper waterproofing by laying waterproofing membranes on the roof frame before installing the roof panels.
Decoration: Proceed with interior finishing. Before installing wooden flooring, level the floor surface. When installing doors and windows, ensure their tightness and ease of opening. Wall decoration can be carried out according to design requirements, such as painting or wallpapering. Additionally, install lighting, ventilation, and other equipment to enhance the house's functionality.
