2. Construction Standards
   According to the Shanghai Public Toilet Planning and Design Standards (DG/TJ08-401-2016), mobile toilets in Minhang District are required to meet the second-class public toilet standards, with the following specific requirements:

• Water Supply and Drainage System: The water supply pipe diameter should be ≥50mm, and the drainage pipe diameter should be ≥150mm with a water seal to ensure water safety and smooth drainage.
• Spatial Layout: Reasonably divide functional areas such as toilet stalls, accessible facilities rooms (or third toilets), and management rooms. The walls should be made of smooth and easy-to-clean materials, and the floors should be impermeable and slip-resistant to reduce cleaning difficulties and safety hazards.
• Toilet Stall Ratio: The ratio of male to female toilet stalls should be controlled between 1:1 and 1:2 to alleviate usage pressure during peak hours. Where conditions permit, third toilets should be set up, with an area of ≥6.6 square meters and equipped with adult/low-position toilets, washbasins, baby-changing tables, and other facilities to meet the needs of special groups.
• Staff Break Room Services: Basic equipment such as tables, chairs, and electric kettles should be provided. If conditions permit, microwaves, air conditioners, etc., can be added to improve the working comfort of management personnel.
