Mile Container House Installation

Admin September 14, 2026

The installation of container houses in Mile should be carried out according to standardized procedures based on different types (assembled and foldable) and with attention to safety considerations.

Installation Process for Assembled Container Houses

  1. Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams and initially secure them with hexagon socket bolts. Tighten the bolts after adjusting the diagonal difference of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm.
  2. Secondary Beam and Base Plate Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes on the long beams, and secure them with self-tapping screws and round-head drill tail screws. Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction, and cut the corners at both ends according to the chalk lines.
  3. Floor Laying and Fixing: Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams and then lay the floor, aligning the joints with the centerline. After snapping chalk lines, secure the floor with cross-flat-head燕尾丝 (Note: '燕尾丝' may be a specific term; if it refers to a type of screw, it should be translated accordingly or kept as is if no direct translation exists), with a nail spacing of 300-350mm.
  4. Floor Treatment: Sand the joints of the floor as a whole, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10-15 minutes, then lay the floor covering, expel the air, and weld the joints.

Installation Process for Foldable Container Houses

  1. Main Body Unfolding: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame and unfold it smoothly, and place support rods in the middle of the container to maintain stability.
  2. Wall Installation: Push open one wall and secure it with fastening screws, then push open the wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
  3. Lifting and Positioning: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined position and lower it after ensuring no one is around.

Installation Precautions

  1. Safety Protection: Non-professionals should not stand under the foldable container house or the crane to avoid the risk of falling objects. Stay away from the installation area during installation to prevent accidents.
  2. Operational Specifications: For assembled installation, strictly measure the diagonal of the bottom frame to ensure structural stability. For foldable installation, check the steel wire ropes and support rods to prevent frame deformation.
  3. Material Selection: Use standard hexagon socket bolts, self-tapping screws, drill tail screws, and other fasteners to ensure a firm connection. The floor base plates and floor coverings should be waterproof and wear-resistant materials.
  4. Environmental Requirements: The installation ground should be flat and solid to avoid house deformation due to foundation settlement. In humid environments, strengthen moisture-proof treatment to extend the service life.
