Micro Mobile Toilet
A micro mobile toilet is a small sanitary facility with mobility and eco-friendly technological features, suitable for special places with limited space.

Typical Product and Dimensions
Currently, there is a micro mobile toilet named the Smart Apple Cabin Eco-Friendly Public Toilet. Its dimensions are compact, with a width of about 1 meter, a depth of about 1.75 meters, and a height of 2 meters. This extremely small footprint allows it to be flexibly deployed in engineering scenarios with highly restricted space, such as mine tunnels and inside shield tunneling machines, meeting basic sanitary needs without excessively occupying working space.
Core Structural Components
A micro mobile toilet is typically composed of the following modular parts:
- Fecal and Sewage Storage and Treatment System: This includes sealed storage tanks or integrated disposal units. The former achieves harmless treatment through regular cleaning and transportation, while the latter may employ biodegradation or chemical treatment technologies to reduce sewage discharge.
- Basic Structure: The floor uses anti-slip and easy-to-clean materials, while the walls and roof are made of lightweight, high-strength composite materials, ensuring structural stability while reducing overall weight for easy mobility.
- Sanitary Facilities: Equipped with water-saving fixtures (such as vacuum toilets) and washing facilities, some models integrate sensor-activated faucets and hand dryers, reducing water consumption through intelligent control.
- Mobility Device: The bottom is fitted with detachable wheel sets or hydraulic lifting systems, supporting manual pushing or mechanical hoisting to adapt to rapid transfer needs across different terrains.
Classification and Advantages
Based on structural form, micro mobile toilets can be divided into single-unit and connected types; by mobility method, they can be classified as trailer-mounted and self-propelled; and sewage treatment methods include direct discharge, circulation, and packaging types. Their core advantages lie in:
- Space Adaptability: Customizable dimensions through modular design minimize footprint.
- Environmental Performance: Closed treatment systems prevent odor diffusion, and some models are equipped with solar power supply devices to reduce energy consumption.
- Transport Convenience: Lightweight and structurally disassemblable, single-unit transport does not require special permits, shortening deployment cycles.
Application Scenarios
In addition to mine tunnels, micro mobile toilets are also widely used in construction sites, temporary event venues, disaster relief sites, and other scenarios requiring rapid establishment of sanitary facilities, effectively addressing the issues of long construction periods and high costs associated with traditional public toilets.
