Mianhu Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 06, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Mianhu should follow a standardized process, with specific steps and precautions as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation: Positioning and Site Assessment

  1. Site Selection: Determine the installation location based on usage requirements. Ensure the ground is solid and level to prevent toilet tilting or damage due to unstable foundations. For outdoor installations, consider the layout of the drainage system to ensure smooth sewage discharge and prevent water accumulation or leakage.
  2. Space Planning: Reserve sufficient operating space (typically 0.5-1 meter larger than the outer perimeter of the toilet) to facilitate assembly, commissioning, and future maintenance. Avoid obstacles such as high-voltage lines and underground pipelines to ensure construction safety.

II. Assembly Process: Operation by Type

  1. Split-type Mobile Toilets:
    • Chassis and Frame Installation: Fix the chassis at the predetermined position, adjust the levelness, and then install the frame structure, ensuring tight seals at the connections.
    • Wall and Roof Assembly: Install wall panels (usually made of lightweight and eco-friendly materials) and roof panels in sequence, paying attention to sealing the gaps between panels to prevent rainwater penetration.
    • Internal Facility Connection: Install toilets, flushing systems, sinks, etc., and connect water pipes, electrical circuits, and sewage pipes, ensuring firm and leak-free connections.
  2. Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-type Toilets):
    • Lifting and Positioning: Use lifting equipment to hoist the entire toilet to the designated position, adjust the levelness, and then secure it.
    • Pipeline Connection: Quickly connect water and electrical interfaces (using modular quick-connect designs to shorten installation time) and connect sewage pipes to municipal sewers or septic tanks.
    • Overall Commissioning: Check the opening and closing of doors and windows, the functionality of locks, and the ventilation system to ensure ease of use.

III. Adjustments for Special Types of Toilets

  1. Flushless Mobile Toilets: Focus on checking the installation positions of the degradation tank, temperature control system, and ventilation device to ensure a stable microbial degradation environment and prevent odor diffusion.
  2. Foam-type Mobile Toilets: Verify the stability of the foam generator, sewage storage tank, and ventilation and deodorization components, and adjust the foam liquid concentration to a reasonable range to ensure flushing effectiveness and deodorization efficiency.

IV. Function Inspection and Acceptance

  1. Flushing Test: Simulate usage scenarios to check the flushing force, water volume, and drainage speed, ensuring no blockages or backflow.
  2. Electrical Circuit Inspection: Test the power supply of electrical equipment such as lighting and sockets, and confirm that grounding protection measures are in place.
  3. Seal Inspection: Conduct a water spray test on wall panel joints, door and window edges, and sewage pipes to observe for any leakage.

If the Mianhu mobile toilet is of a specific technical type (such as flushless or foam-type), it is recommended to refer to the technical specifications in the product manual first and contact a professional installation team to complete the operation to ensure compliance and long-term usage efficiency.
