Metal Moisture-Proof Mobile Toilet

Admin September 26, 2026

The metal moisture-proof mobile toilet is a modular sanitation facility that achieves moisture-proof functionality through special design and material application, suitable for outdoor scenarios. Its core features are as follows:

1. Structural and Material Design
The metal moisture-proof mobile toilet uses metal carved panels as the primary box material, with a thickness ranging from 7.5 millimeters to 8 centimeters. It is internally filled with soundproof cotton or rock wool layers to form a composite structure. The outer metal panel provides impact resistance protection, while the inner moisture-proof panel can cope with humidity changes. The metal surface is coated with an antioxidant coating to enhance corrosion resistance. This composite structure ensures the strength of the box while blocking moisture penetration through the moisture-proof inner layer, preventing internal metal components from rusting or corroding due to humidity.

2. Moisture-Proof Performance Optimization
The moisture-proof function is achieved through a dual mechanism: First, the combination of the metal carved panel and the moisture-proof inner layer effectively blocks external moisture from entering the interior of the box, preventing condensation due to humidity changes; Second, the roof adopts a gable or octagonal design, accelerating rainwater drainage through sloped surfaces with a drainage slope typically greater than 15 degrees, significantly reducing the risk of water accumulation. In rainy or high-humidity environments, this design maintains the interior of the box dry and extends the service life of the equipment.

3. Adaptability to Extreme Environments and Scenarios
This facility is suitable for outdoor locations such as gardens, construction sites, and large event venues, performing stably especially in extremely cold (-30°C to 60°C) or rainy regions. Its moisture-proof and thermal insulation layers work in conjunction with insulation materials to maintain stable internal temperatures, reducing structural damage caused by humidity changes. For example, in low-temperature environments, the insulation material prevents the box from cracking due to contraction; in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, the moisture-proof layer prevents internal metal components from rusting.

4. Technological Advantages and Modular Design
Compared to traditional fixed toilets, the service life of the metal moisture-proof mobile toilet can be extended to over 15 years, far exceeding the 5-8 years of ordinary panels. Its modular design requires no foundation construction, only a flat ground for installation, and weighs less than 200kg, facilitating transportation and cleaning. This design reduces construction costs and time, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with high temporary or mobile demands.

5. Additional Features and Expandability
Some models are equipped with automatic flushing systems, low-pressure water pumps (50W power), and anti-clogging sewage pipes, compatible with independent septic tanks or sewage networks. Ancillary facilities such as sinks and lighting systems (178V voltage) can be optionally installed to meet sanitation and convenience needs in different scenarios. For example, at large event venues, additional lighting systems can enhance nighttime safety; at construction sites, configurations can be simplified to reduce costs.
