Mancheng Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Mancheng must meet basic requirements such as foundation bearing capacity, flatness, stability, dimensions, surface quality, and anti-corrosion treatment. Details are as follows:

1. Bearing Capacity
The foundation must have sufficient bearing capacity to support the weight of the mobile toilet and prevent sinking or tilting. Lightweight mobile toilets typically require a foundation bearing capacity of no less than 100 kPa, while large modular toilets require specific values calculated based on their type, dimensions, and usage loads. Insufficient foundation bearing capacity may lead to structural deformation of the toilet, affecting safety during use.
2. Flatness
The flatness of the foundation surface must be strictly controlled, with an error not exceeding 20 mm per square meter. If the ground is uneven, the installed toilet may shake or have loose connections, shortening its lifespan and potentially causing safety hazards. During construction, tools such as spirit levels should be used for detection, and corrections should be made through compaction and leveling.
3. Stability
The foundation site should avoid areas prone to geological disasters, such as landslides and mudslide-prone areas. If the foundation is located in soft soil areas, measures such as sand and gravel replacement and layered compaction should be taken to improve density and ensure stability. For example, in muddy soil layers, soft soil should be excavated and replaced with graded crushed stone, which should then be compacted layer by layer to the design elevation.
4. Dimensional Requirements
The foundation dimensions should be slightly larger than the bottom outline of the mobile toilet, with a reserved space of at least 30-50 cm on all sides for easy installation, maintenance, and drainage pipe connections. Insufficient reserved space may lead to installation deviations or difficulties in later maintenance due to limited operation.
5. Surface Quality
The foundation surface must be solid and free of cracks to prevent the expansion of cracks from affecting bearing capacity. Before construction, debris on the foundation base should be cleared away, and during concrete pouring, vibration should be applied to ensure density and prevent defects such as honeycombing and pitting. If cracks appear in the foundation, they should be repaired promptly and monitored closely.
6. Anti-Corrosion Treatment
In corrosive environments such as coastal areas and chemical plants, the foundation should use anti-corrosive materials or coatings. For example, in coastal areas, epoxy resin coatings can be selected to protect the concrete surface, preventing the penetration of chloride ions from seawater and causing steel reinforcement corrosion, thereby extending the service life of the foundation.
