Making Simple Mobile Toilet
You can refer to the following two methods for making a simple mobile toilet:

Method 1: Making a solar-powered mobile toilet using a water storage tank
This method uses a water storage tank as the core material and integrates solar technology to achieve functional integration. First, select a corrosion-resistant and highly sealed water storage tank as the main structure, ensuring its capacity meets usage requirements. Design a sealable lid on the top of the tank for installing a toilet seat or squat toilet, and reserve a drainage outlet at the bottom connected to a hose for easy waste discharge. To enhance practicality, install solar panels on the exterior of the tank to power internal lighting or small ventilation equipment through a photovoltaic conversion system, addressing nighttime usage and odor issues. Additionally, storage compartments can be set up on the side of the tank for storing toilet paper, cleaning agents, and other consumables. This solution is suitable for outdoor camping, temporary construction sites, and other scenarios, featuring environmental friendliness and low maintenance costs. However, regular cleaning of the waste tank and inspection of the solar system's operational status are necessary.
Method 2: Making a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet
This solution achieves functional completeness through modular design, with the following specific steps:
- Basic frame construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet to ensure mobility; place a recycled water storage tank on the pallet as the main structure, checking the tank's sealability.
- Tank modification: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to form an opening. Invert and stack another tank with a top opening, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to enhance stability; cut a rectangular opening as the doorway, ensuring smooth edges to avoid cuts.
- Internal facility installation: Drill a hole in the tank floor, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe. After sealing, install and secure the toilet; use wall clamps to secure the water pipe and install a faucet, fixing a pipe cap with screws below. Connect the pipe cap to a water pipe as the drainage outlet; apply glass glue to the pipe cap to secure a stainless steel basin as a sink, connecting the toilet tank's inlet pipe and shower hose, installing a shower bracket, toilet seat, and a spray-type showerhead made from a water pipe.
- Door design: Fix hinges on the water storage tank frame, with the other side attached to a wooden box to form a door, installing a door handle for easy opening and closing.
This solution offers comprehensive functionality but requires attention to the safe operation of cutting tools and regular inspection of water pipe sealability to prevent leaks.
