Lvliang Mobile Toilet Project

Admin September 21, 2026

The Lvliang Mobile Toilet Project is a mobile toilet construction initiative designed to meet local public health needs in public places such as scenic spots and stations, as well as on construction sites. It covers aspects such as project overview, construction preparation, and main construction processes.

Project Overview

  • Project Background and Objectives: The project aims to enhance urban service functions and meet the demand for public sanitation facilities. For example, a construction site project in Lvliang City addresses the toilet needs of over 500 workers during peak construction periods.
  • Construction Scale and Types: The plan involves constructing 10 mobile restrooms, including 6 single-structure units and 4 composite-structure units. The construction site project includes two clusters of mobile toilets, each cluster comprising male toilets, female toilets, and a management room module.
  • Technical Specifications and Standards: Each mobile restroom has standard dimensions of 1180mm×1200mm×3000mm (single toilet unit) with an internal clear height of 2000mm. The mobile toilet module on the construction site has dimensions of 12m×3.5m, covering a total area of approximately 84㎡. The toilet body is constructed using a light steel frame with metal carved insulation panels, and is equipped with water-saving toilet fixtures and a ventilation system, meeting the requirements of the Public Toilet Hygiene Standard (GB15982-2019).
  • Climate Adaptability Design: In response to the climatic characteristics of the Lvliang region, the design emphasizes insulation, freeze protection, and ventilation. The insulation layer is 100mm thick, the roof has a slope of 25°, and it is equipped with anti-slip glazed tiles.

Construction Preparation

  • Technical Preparation: Organize construction technicians to familiarize themselves with the drawings, conduct drawing reviews, prepare construction plans and technical disclosure documents, and provide technical training to construction personnel.
  • Material Preparation: Based on the construction drawings and bill of quantities, prepare a material procurement plan specifying material specifications, models, quantities, and quality requirements. Key materials include steel, wall materials, and sanitary ware, with specific materials such as light steel frames and exterior wall panels required for the construction site project.
  • Site Preparation: Clear the construction site, level the ground, and establish drainage facilities. Divide the construction area, set up temporary facilities, and connect water and electricity to the construction site.

Main Construction Process

This includes foundation engineering, main structure installation, auxiliary facility installation, and commissioning and acceptance to ensure the stability and functionality of the mobile toilets.
