Luxury Mobile Toilet Rental Contract

Admin October 02, 2026

The luxury mobile toilet rental contract is a written agreement that clarifies the rights and obligations of the lessor and the lessee. The following are the key points of the contract:

I. Rented Items and Quantity The contract should specify the number of luxury mobile toilets that Party A rents to Party B. The specific specifications, models, colors, etc., shall be subject to the rental list confirmed by both parties. This ensures the clarity and specificity of the rented items and avoids disputes over item specifications in the future.

II. Rental Period It stipulates the start and end dates of the rental. If Party B needs to renew the lease, it should notify Party A in writing one month before the expiration of the rental period and sign a new contract after Party A's consent. This provides a clear process and conditions for determining the rental period and renewing the lease.

III. Rent and Payment Method The total rent should be clearly specified, with different prices set according to different rental days. For example, the prices for rentals of 15 days (inclusive) or less and 16 days (inclusive) or more are different. Party B needs to pay a certain proportion of the deposit before the start of the rental period, which will be refunded if there is no breach of contract upon the expiration of the rental period. The remaining rent is paid in certain cycles (monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually), with each payment completed within a certain number of days before the start of the current period. This safeguards Party A's rental income and Party B's reasonable payment arrangements.

IV. Use and Custody of Rented Items Party B should use the rented items reasonably, keep them clean and intact, and not change their structure or function without authorization. In case of damage or malfunction of the items during the rental period, Party B should notify Party A in a timely manner, and Party A shall be responsible for the repair. The items are kept by Party B, and Party B shall compensate for any loss or damage caused by Party B's reasons. This clarifies the responsibilities of both parties in terms of the use and custody of the items.

V. Maintenance and Upkeep Party B should properly use and maintain the mobile toilets to ensure their normal operation. At the same time, it should ensure that the on-site cleaners do a good job of cleaning in a timely manner to ensure that the toilets are free of obvious dirt and foul air. This helps maintain the good condition and user experience of the rented items.

VI. Liability for Breach of Contract If Party B fails to pay the rent or deposit on time, Party A has the right to demand payment and impose a late fee. If Party B violates the use and custody agreements, Party A has the right to demand that Party B bear responsibilities such as repair, replacement, or compensation. If Party B fails to return the items or pay the fees upon the expiration of the rental period, Party A has the right to demand return, payment of fees, and collection of a penalty. This imposes constraints and penalties on Party B's breach of contract behaviors.

VII. Other Aspects The contract also stipulates conditions for modification and termination, dispute resolution methods, effectiveness conditions, number of copies, and handling of unmentioned matters to ensure the completeness and operability of the contract.
