Luxian Modular Container House
Admin September 15, 2026
Information about Luxian modular container houses can refer to the customization, production, sales, and technical characteristics of container houses in the Luzhou area. Here is a detailed introduction:

Customization and Production of Container Houses in Luzhou
Luzhou has professional container manufacturers that offer customization services, covering various types such as internet-famous containers, mobile houses, mobile toilets, movable panel houses, sentry boxes, duty rooms, mobile offices, and mobile sales kiosks. These manufacturers can design and produce container houses with different functions and specifications according to customer needs, meeting diverse usage scenarios such as commercial services, offices, accommodations, and sanitary facilities.
Classification and Structural Characteristics of Container Houses
- By structural origin and construction method: They are divided into custom fixed-box modules and variable-box modules. Fixed-box modules have a high degree of factory production, while variable-box modules have movable wall panels, such as expandable shops and display boxes. According to the box-forming process, there are integral welded, light steel keel, plug-in, folding, and fixed types.
- By spatial combination form: They include single-box landing, horizontal box assembly, vertical box stacking, and staggered/cantilevered/L-shaped/U-shaped enclosure, which can meet different spatial requirements.
- By functional use: They are divided into accommodation, office, commercial service, sanitary, and special types (medical boxes, equipment boxes, laboratory boxes, explosion-proof/refrigerated boxes).
- By material and mobility: In terms of materials, steel is the most commonly used, followed by aluminum alloy and composite sandwich panel boxes. In terms of mobility, there are fixed (hoisting), towed mobile, and folding transport types.
Core Points of the Technical Regulations for Container Houses
- Scope of application and basic bottom lines: Applicable to low-rise and multi-story modular combined houses with a maximum of 6 floors and a height of ≤24m, and an earthquake resistance of ≤8 degrees. The design service life has two options: 50 years (≥1.0) or 25 years (≥0.95). The existing boxes must be GB/T12418-inspected and qualified, with no defects in beams and columns, complete and reliable corner fittings, and accompanied by a quality certificate upon arrival.
- Structural stress and construction: The pure steel frame bears the load, and the corner fittings are the only stacking force transmission points. The box steel uses welded weathering steel, and non-box components use Q235B/Q345B. When opening large holes weakens the stiffness, it is advisable to arrange the perforated and non-perforated boxes in a staggered and symmetrical manner. The cantilever length should not be too large, and no holes are allowed in the cantilevered section.
- Fire prevention and corrosion protection: The enclosure filling prohibits the use of flammable core materials such as EPS. For crowded places, Class A rock wool/glass wool is used, and the fire resistance limit is controlled according to GB50016. The steel structure needs to be fireproofed and equipped with escape routes, fire extinguishers, and other fire protection facilities.
