Luoding Container House Sales
Container houses are available for sale in Luoding, mainly through two channels: the public bidding organized by the Luoding Public Security Bureau and the rental and sales by local merchants.
Public Bidding Organized by the Luoding Public Security Bureau
The Luoding Public Security Bureau plans to dispose of the old buildings and structures of the Luoding New District Inter-provincial Public Security Checkpoint located on the Meizhu Road section of Tanjin Town, Luoding City, Guangdong Province, along National Highway 324. This includes a batch of waste items such as two containers. Container 1 has dimensions of 13 meters in length, 4.5 meters in width, and 3.5 meters in height. Container 2 has dimensions of 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height. The starting price is RMB 8,348.00, with an increment price of RMB 100.00. Those interested in participating in the bidding must go to the Luoding Public Security Bureau to complete the registration procedures from July 15 to 17, 2025 (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM). When registering, they need to bring their original ID card, business license, and one copy of each (stamped with an official seal). The bidding session will be held at 10:30 AM on July 18, 2025 (subject to change if announced otherwise), at Room 312 of the Command Center Building of the Luoding Public Security Bureau. Participants in the bidding must be natural persons, legal entities, or other organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China, except as otherwise provided by law, and provide a copy of their business license and ID card (stamped with an official seal). This public bidding session is a bidding with a reserve price. Bids below the reserve price are invalid, and the highest bid above the reserve price will determine the winning bidder according to the principle of "highest bid wins".
