Longyan Mobile Toilet Project
The Longyan Mobile Toilet Project is primarily provided by Xuhu Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., covering short-term activities and construction scenarios such as construction sites, exhibitions, and celebrations. Its core advantages lie in equipment design, quality assurance, service responsiveness, and environmental protection measures.

Equipment Design: Combination of Modular and Customized Features
Mobile toilets are constructed using high-strength polyester composite panels with anti-slip and anti-corrosion structures. The units come pre-installed with water and electricity interfaces as well as a sewage disposal system, enabling them to be operational within 30 minutes of on-site hoisting. After the event, the entire unit can be removed without leaving any traces. Container toilets feature standard steel-structured bodies with reinforced load-bearing beams at the bottom and pre-marked lifting points on the top, reducing the hoisting time for a single unit to less than 15 minutes. Internally, they are equipped with flushing, lighting, ventilation, and odor control systems, making them ready for use once connected to water and electricity. In response to Longyan's rainy and humid climate, the equipment supports customized configurations, such as the addition of solar power supply, insulation layers, barrier-free access, or dual-unit side-by-side layouts, to suit different project durations, user numbers, and site conditions. Winter freeze protection is particularly crucial, with water tanks featuring PU foam insulation layers (thickness ≥ 5 cm) wrapped in waterproof layers, drainage pipes buried below the frost line (≥ 1.2 meters required in Longyan), outer walls wrapped in insulation cotton, and sealed interfaces to ensure normal operation in low-temperature environments.
Equipment Quality: Durability and Rigorous Testing
The main body of the equipment is made of thickened galvanized steel plates and high-density polyethylene liners, with hinges, locks, and door hinges upgraded to 304 stainless steel. The partition walls for squatting positions are raised to 1.9 meters to ensure privacy, and the floors are treated with anti-slip embossing to enhance stability during the rainy season. Each unit undergoes a 72-hour full-load simulated operation test before leaving the factory to eliminate initial faults such as leaks and blockages, ensuring long-term reliable operation after delivery.
Service Content: Full-Cycle and Localized Response
Services cover customized planning, regular inspections, cleaning and replenishment, and emergency response. Technicians conduct on-site surveys of site slopes, access routes, and sewage disposal conditions to match appropriate models and quantities. During use, dedicated personnel are arranged for maintenance, with emergency situations being addressed within 2 hours. The localized team is familiar with traffic restriction periods in Xinluo District, layout specifications in the Yongding Tulou Scenic Area, and transportation requirements in the Shanghang Mining Area. Dispatch vehicles are stationed in the urban area, enabling cross-county transportation within 48 hours during peak seasons. Installation and handling services are usually free, with merchants planning the location according to the site and completing assembly and commissioning. Special terrains or requirements need to be communicated in advance for confirmation.
Environmental Protection and Billing: Compliant Disposal and Transparent Pricing
Fecal waste is uniformly transported to compliant sites for solid-liquid separation and biological degradation before being discharged to meet standards. The container materials are recyclable, and cleaning agents use plant-based formulas to avoid secondary pollution. The billing method is flexible, supporting daily rental, event-based package deals, or project cycle packages with no hidden costs. Construction clients enjoy tiered long-term rental discounts, and large-scale events support phased settlement, with detailed bills clearly listing service content, frequency, and consumable usage.
