Longnan Foam-Sealing Mobile Toilet

Admin September 27, 2026

The Longnan foam-sealing mobile toilet is an eco-friendly mobile toilet that uses foam instead of water flushing to achieve water conservation, odor isolation, and clog prevention, suitable for scenarios without water or sewer systems. Its core principles and features are as follows:

1. Working Principle
The device is equipped with a built-in foaming unit. Triggered by sensors, it mixes specialized foaming liquid, a small amount of water, and air to generate fine, dense foam in the foaming chamber, which is then injected into the toilet bowl to cover the surface of excreta. The foam layer serves three functions:

  • Odor and mosquito isolation: It blocks the escape of odors and prevents mosquito breeding.
  • Lubrication and anti-sticking: It allows excreta to smoothly slide into the collection tank or septic tank, avoiding wall adhesion.
  • Visual cleanliness: The white foam conceals dirt, enhancing the user experience.
After defecation, the foam and excreta mixture enters the collection tank or septic tank, and some detachable collection tanks facilitate regular cleaning and transportation.

2. Core Advantages

  • Outstanding water conservation: The water consumption per flush is only 0.1-0.3 liters, with a water-saving rate exceeding 90%. Each person uses less than 50 ml of water per use, resulting in almost no sewage discharge, making it suitable for water-scarce areas.
  • Excellent odor removal performance: The foam layer physically isolates odors, and some products add fragrances to make the foam fragrant, achieving “almost no odor and no flies”.
  • Strong adaptability: It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 60°C, with low-temperature models capable of normal operation at -30°C through a heating system. It adapts well to different states of excreta (solid/liquid) and is less prone to clogging.
  • Intelligent functions: It features automatic foaming, liquid level maintenance, infrared sensing, fault self-diagnosis, low-foam alerts, and other functions. The dual odor isolation design (foam layer + flexible sealing at the drainage outlet) enhances odor prevention effects.

3. Application Scenarios and Supporting Equipment

  • Scenarios: Outdoor temporary events (music festivals, sports events), remote scenic spots, construction sites, vehicle-mounted mobile toilets, and other areas requiring rapid deployment or without a pipeline network.
  • Supporting equipment: Exhaust fans enhance ventilation, lighting systems ensure nighttime use, coat hooks/tissue holders/sinks improve convenience, and some models are equipped with solar panels for power supply, suitable for areas without electricity.

4. Purchase and Maintenance Recommendations

  • Purchase: Prioritize selecting a one-piece welded tank body (with strong sealing) and specialized eco-friendly foaming liquid (to avoid corroding the equipment).
  • Maintenance: Regularly empty the collection tank based on usage frequency, pay attention to the waterproof sealing level in summer, and inspect the insulation layer and heating system in winter to ensure pipe freeze protection.

This technology replaces traditional water flushing with foam, balancing environmental protection and practicality, and is an efficient sanitation solution for water-scarce areas or temporary scenarios.
