Longnan Color Steel Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of color steel mobile toilets in Longnan should follow the following steps and specifications:

1. Materials and Preliminary Preparations
Before installation, ensure that all materials (color steel plates, foundation stones, geomembranes, accessories, etc.) are complete and meet quality standards. Focus on checking the thickness of the color steel plates, the uniformity of the coating, and the corrosion resistance of the accessories. The site should be flat and free of obstacles, and the bearing capacity of the foundation should be confirmed through geological surveys. If soft soil foundations are encountered, replacement or pile driving reinforcement should be carried out. At the same time, plan the drainage direction to ensure there is no risk of water accumulation around the toilet.
2. Foundation Construction
- Foundation Treatment: Pour a concrete foundation according to the design drawings, with a thickness usually not less than 200 millimeters. The surface flatness error should be controlled within ±5 millimeters.
- Geomembrane Laying: Use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane to cover the entire foundation area, with edges turned up 300 millimeters and pressed tightly with sandbags. Reserve openings for toilets, ventilation openings, etc.
- Foundation Stone Installation: Select C30 concrete prefabricated blocks with a spacing not exceeding 500 millimeters. Use a level gauge to calibrate and ensure that the top surface elevation is consistent, with an error of ≤2 millimeters.
3. Main Body Installation
- Frame Assembly: Use a galvanized aluminum-zinc steel plate frame, connected by modular buckles and high-strength bolts. Use special positioning fixtures at the joints to achieve millimeter-level docking. The frame should be able to withstand a wind load of Level 7, with a displacement not exceeding 1/300 of its height.
- Color Steel Plate Installation: Fix the color steel plates in numerical order, using self-tapping screws with a spacing of ≤300 millimeters. Reserve gaps of 5-8 millimeters between the plates for filling.
- Filling Treatment: Use neutral silicone sealant to fill the gaps between the plates. The sealant surface should be smooth and free of bubbles, with a filling depth of not less than 3 millimeters to ensure a waterproof rating of IPX4.
4. Treatment System Configuration
- Vacuum Negative Pressure System: Use 32-millimeter PVC pipes for the vacuum pipeline, with a slope of 0.5%. Connect to a vacuum pump at the end to ensure stable flushing pressure.
- Biofilm Reaction Unit: Fill the bio-reaction tank with polypropylene fillers, with a specific surface area of 200 square meters per cubic meter. The microbial load is more than five times that of traditional activated sludge methods.
- Three-Stage Treatment Process: Solid materials enter a high-temperature composting bin at above 55℃ for 7 days. The liquid part is filtered through a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane (pore size 0.01-0.1 microns), with the effluent meeting agricultural irrigation standards.
5. Transportation and Commissioning
Modules are transported using standard 2.4-meter × 2.4-meter × 6-meter containers. Only water and electricity connections are required on-site for operation, with a commissioning time of ≤4 hours. Check whether the operating noise of equipment such as vacuum pumps and fans is ≤65 decibels, and whether the insulation resistance of the electrical system is ≥0.5 megohms.
6. Climate Adaptability Optimization
The walls use 100-millimeter rock wool sandwich panels (thermal conductivity ≤0.038W/m·K), and the roof is equipped with adjustable ventilation ridges, reducing the temperature by 3-5℃ in summer and achieving a temperature difference of up to 15℃ between indoors and outdoors in winter when the air ducts are closed.
