Liuyang Square Mobile Toilet
The mobile toilet (smart public toilet) on Liuyang Municipal East Square features numerous advanced designs and user-friendly facilities, and adopts a scientific management model.

Advanced and User-Friendly Internal Facilities
- Comprehensive Information Display: The toilet is equipped with an internal display screen that clearly shows the usage status of the men's and women's restrooms as well as the mobile phone charging stations, enabling users to quickly understand the situation and avoid blind waiting. Additionally, it displays information such as the temperature, humidity, and environment inside the toilet, providing users with an intuitive sense of the internal environment. Furthermore, the installation of a one-click emergency alarm and assistance indicator light offers users a timely means of seeking help in case of emergencies.
- Convenient and Smart Paper Dispensing: There is a smart face-scanning paper dispenser. Users can obtain toilet paper simply by scanning their faces, which is both convenient and hygienic, avoiding potential contact contamination associated with traditional paper dispensing methods.
- Automatic Sensing for Washroom Facilities: The washbasin is equipped with automatic sensing hand soap dispensers, hand dryers, and感应灯 (Here, '感应灯' is translated as 'motion-sensing lights' in the context). The automatic sensing hand soap dispenser eliminates the need for users to manually press it, reducing the risk of bacterial transmission through contact. The hand dryer can quickly dry hands, providing convenience and efficiency. The motion-sensing lights automatically turn on and off based on human activity, saving energy and being practical.
- Thoughtful Details: The toilet is equipped with mosquito repellents and air fresheners. The mosquito repellents effectively drive away mosquitoes, creating a comfortable environment for users. The air fresheners improve the toilet's odor, enhancing the user experience. The accessible restroom is equipped with handrails and alarms, fully considering the needs of special groups and demonstrating humanistic care.
Scientific and Efficient Management Model
The toilet adopts a 'toilet supervisor' management model, where one person is assigned to manage a single public toilet. Each 'toilet supervisor' shoulders important responsibilities, not only supervising the construction, renovation, and facility maintenance of the public toilet but also being responsible for daily sanitation and cleaning as well as the management of the surrounding environmental hygiene and order of the public toilet. The 'toilet supervisors' conduct irregular and unscheduled inspections. Once problems are identified, they can promptly assign and handle them, ensuring that the public toilet always maintains good operational status. Currently, there are 63 such public toilets in Liuyang City, and this management model provides a strong guarantee for the efficient operation of numerous public toilets.
