Public Rental Housing

Subsidized Rental Housing

• Housing Availability: The number of housing units and unit types vary across different projects. For example, the "Hongxiangyuan" project, located at No. 5, Zone 2, Liuyuan Road, Liunan District, offers 125 units with floor areas ranging from 63.88 square meters to 95.03 square meters, including two-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-living-room units and three-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-living-room units.
• Application Requirements: Applicants must have full civil capacity, have either household registration within the urban area of the city or be non-residents working and residing within the urban area; applicants and co-occupants must have no property within the administrative region of the subsidized rental housing they intend to select and must not be renting public housing or other subsidized housing.
• Application Method: Applications are accepted in person. Applicants must bring the original copies of relevant materials to the designated location to fill out an application form.

Rental Housing Management Requirements

For private housing rentals or changes in tenants, both the lessor and the lessee must apply for registration at the local police station within 30 days of signing the housing rental contract, bringing relevant materials.
