Liuhe Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 24, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Liuhe must follow standardized procedures to ensure structural safety and proper functionality. The specific steps are as follows:

  1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
Determine the installation location based on site planning, prioritizing areas with solid ground and good drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or steel plates should be laid to ensure a stable base. This step is fundamental for subsequent installation and directly affects the long-term usability of the toilet.

  2. Base and Panel Installation

    • Base Installation: Place the back panel of the mobile toilet flat on the ground, align the sewage outlet of the base with the sewage hole on the back panel, and ensure tight sealing. The back panel of the base should be assembled and adjusted to a level position.
    • Panel Installation: Install the right, left, and front panels in sequence. Embed the bottom of the panels into the slots and push them in until aligned with the base. Install the fixed slots and drive in the fixing nails. During this process, ensure that the gaps between the panels are even to prevent water or air leakage later.
  3. Upper Structure and Ventilation System Installation

    • Upper Fixed Slots: Install the top fixed slots to ensure a tight connection with the panels.
    • Ventilation Louvers: Align the ventilation louvers with the reserved holes, install and fix them in sequence, ensuring that the ventilation effect meets the requirements of the Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard (GB/T 21239 - 2023) to prevent odor accumulation.
  4. Top and Overall Frame Installation

    • Top Fixing: Align the top with the surrounding distances and drive in the fixing nails to complete the sealing.
    • Overall Frame: Two people should collaborate to lift the toilet upright, adjust its verticality, and then fix the frame to ensure structural stability.
  5. Internal Facility Connection and Debugging

    • Facility Installation: Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), and lighting and ventilation equipment.
    • Water and Electricity Connection: The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be carried out by professionals, using modular quick connectors to save time while ensuring tight sealing of the interfaces.
    • Function Testing: Conduct flushing tests, circuit checks, and sealing tests to ensure there are no issues such as water leakage, electric leakage, or odor.

The installation of integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets) is simpler. The factory has completed the interior decoration and equipment integration, and only requires on-site hoisting, connection of water and electricity, and sewage pipelines, with an overall time consumption of about 2 - 4 hours. During installation, national standards must be strictly followed to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
