Following the "three refinements and one satisfaction" work approach, Liuba County became one of the first counties in the city to achieve full coverage of rural sanitary toilet renovations, with a rural sanitary toilet penetration rate of over 99.3% at that time. At the same time, an information platform management system for household toilets was established to record household toilet information for real-time dynamic supervision. In addition, the Liuba County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau uniformly distributed rural toilet suction trucks to the eight townships and sub-district offices in the county to improve the level of post-renovation management and maintenance of rural toilets.
