Linxia Mobile Toilet Safety Inspection

Admin October 08, 2026

The safety inspection of mobile toilets in Linxia mainly covers five core dimensions: structural safety, internal equipment, water supply and drainage systems, electrical systems, and hygiene indicators.

Structural Safety Inspection: It is necessary to evaluate the stability of the box frame to ensure it can withstand daily use and impacts from extreme weather conditions (such as strong winds and earthquakes). At the same time, the slip resistance of the floor should be checked to prevent users from slipping. The reliability of doors, windows, and locks is also a key focus; it is essential to ensure that the locks are undamaged and open and close smoothly to safeguard user privacy and property security. Additionally, considering the climatic characteristics of the Linxia region, it is particularly important to check whether the strength of the wind-resistant fixing devices meets standards to prevent the toilet from toppling over in strong winds.

Internal Equipment Inspection: The integrity of equipment such as toilets, urinals, and sinks should be checked, including whether there are any cracks or damage on the exterior and whether the drainage functions are unobstructed. For example, after flushing the toilet, observe whether the drainage is rapid and unobstructed, and whether the water flow from the sink faucet is even to avoid affecting the user experience due to equipment failures.

Water Supply and Drainage System Inspection: For the water supply system, it is necessary to test whether the water pressure is stable. Use a water pressure gauge to confirm that the pressure is within the normal range (usually 0.2-0.4MPa) to avoid pipe breakage due to excessive water pressure or poor flushing effects due to low pressure. For the drainage system, actual water discharge tests should be conducted to check whether the drainage pipes are unobstructed and free from leakage or blockages, ensuring that sewage can be discharged in a timely manner.

Electrical System Inspection: The safety of electrical equipment such as lighting, ventilation, and heating devices should be checked. Use a voltmeter and ammeter to test whether the operating voltage and current are within safe ranges (for example, the lighting voltage is 220V±10%), and perform actual operations to check whether the equipment can start normally and operate without abnormal noise. In addition, it is necessary to confirm whether the electrical wiring is aged or damaged to avoid short circuits or electric shock risks.

Hygiene Indicator Inspection: Air quality should be monitored, with a focus on detecting whether the concentrations of odors such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide exceed standards (usually ammonia ≤ 0.2mg/m³ and hydrogen sulfide ≤ 0.01mg/m³) to ensure fresh air inside the toilet. At the same time, sampling and analysis of microbial indicators such as the total number of surface bacteria and coliform bacteria should be carried out to evaluate the cleanliness of high-frequency contact areas (such as toilets and sinks) and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
