The total area occupied was 375.45 square meters. This act violated relevant provisions of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and was fined by the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, which also demanded the return of the illegally occupied land. This case indicates that constructing container refitted houses without approval is illegal and will be subject to legal sanctions.

2. Legal Construction Requirements:

   • To legally construct container refitted houses in Lingshui, one must first obtain legal land use approval to ensure that land use complies with the overall land use plan and urban-rural planning.
