Building 1 is the core industrial area for "industrial upstair," designed to the same standard on every floor, with a floor area ratio of up to 5.0, a floor height of 7.8 meters, and a load-bearing capacity of 3 tons per square meter. The ramp supports 17-meter, 40-foot container trucks to circle up to every floor and is equipped with loading and unloading platforms and parking lots. Buildings 2 and 3 serve as supporting facilities, planned for the construction of research and think tank bases and talent apartments, catering to high-end automated manufacturing enterprises and focusing on industrial clusters such as intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment manufacturing.
