Light Steel Mobile Toilet Project
The light steel mobile toilet project uses hot-dip galvanized steel keels as the framework, paired with specific panels, and is completed through modular prefabrication and on-site assembly. It offers advantages such as lightweight construction, flexible customization, and multi-system compatibility, making it suitable for sanitation facility projects in various scenarios.

Structure and Materials: The main framework is made of hot-dip galvanized steel keels, paired with colored coated steel sheets or composite insulation panels. Compared to traditional brick-and-mortar structures, the main body weight is reduced by about 60%, and the seismic and wind resistance ratings are significantly improved. The main materials are selected from Q235B or higher-grade steel, combined with anti-corrosion coating processes, ensuring a service life of over fifteen years for the main structure.
Production and Installation: Modular prefabrication technology is employed, with skeleton welding, panel cladding, and pipeline embedding completed in standardized factories, achieving millimeter-level precision in factory production. After being transported to the project site, it is fixed with high-strength bolts, and the water supply and drainage systems and energy-saving equipment are simultaneously connected, enabling immediate use upon installation. The entire process does not rely heavily on on-site wet operations, significantly shortening the construction period.
Core Advantages:
- Lightweight and High-Strength Support: The combination of steel and anti-corrosion processes ensures structural durability.
- Flexible Space Customization: Internal partitions, toilet layouts, and exterior designs can be adjusted according to peak visitor numbers and site constraints.
- Multi-System Compatibility: Multiple sewage discharge interfaces are reserved, including vacuum extraction, ecological degradation, and direct connection to septic tanks, adapting to environmental emission standards in different regions.
- Rapid Turnover and Reusability: The entire unit can be easily lifted or moved by forklift, facilitating relocation to new sites after project completion.
Application Scenarios: It covers urban public spaces (such as subway hubs and park squares), cultural and tourism resorts (such as mountain scenic areas and camping bases), large-scale event support (such as marathons and music festivals), rural environmental improvement (such as rural living environment renovations), and infrastructure construction camps (such as highway projects and rail transit projects).
Purchase Recommendations:
- Steel Thickness and Coating: The skeleton wall thickness should be ≥1.5mm, with surface treatments such as fluorocarbon spraying or electrostatic powder coating. Avoid using thin-walled galvanized pipes, which are prone to rust in humid environments.
- Wall Panel Insulation Performance: The interlayer thickness is recommended to be between 40-75mm, with priority given to materials with low thermal conductivity.
