Liftable Container House
A liftable container house adopts a modular design. It is prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the site, where it is quickly assembled into a complete building through lifting methods. The following provides a detailed introduction from the aspects of design, production, transportation, installation, and application scenarios:

Design: The entire building is divided into individual house modules, each including components such as the floor, roof, and four sides. The module design takes into account standardization and versatility to facilitate large-scale production and rapid assembly. For example, some container house modules adopt uniform size specifications, making it convenient for repeated use and flexible combination in different projects.
Production: All processes, including the main structure, plumbing and electrical systems, bathroom waterproofing, sanitary equipment, cabinets, and wardrobes, are completed inside the factory, achieving highly integrated manufacturing. The factory adopts an assembly-line operation mode, with multiple processes progressing simultaneously. For instance, tasks such as welding, assembly, and polishing are carried out collaboratively by robots, while AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) shuttle back and forth in the workshop to transport materials, greatly improving production efficiency and manufacturing precision. For example, China's first steel-structure modular intelligent production line can produce up to 50 modules per day, with a production capacity ten times that of similar factories in North America, and the manufacturing precision is stably controlled within 1 to 2 millimeters.
Transportation: The produced house modules, like containers, can be transported to the project site by sea or land. This transportation method is convenient and fast, and can meet the needs of long-distance transportation, enabling the delivery of Chinese-made modular buildings to all parts of the world.
Installation: After being transported to the site, various modules are quickly assembled like building blocks using equipment such as cranes to form a complete building. Compared with traditional construction methods, the installation period of modular buildings is significantly shortened. For example, the quick-assembly container units from Suzhou Zhongnan can be installed in just 2 hours per unit, and support on-demand combination. Ten standard dormitory units can be erected within one day.
Application scenarios: Liftable container houses have a wide range of applicability and can be used in various scenarios such as engineering camps, temporary government and enterprise buildings, commercial pop-up stores, temporary shelters for disaster reconstruction, dormitories and office spaces on construction sites, and warehouses.
