The sales price range for individual houses is from 7,400 yuan/㎡ to 8,300 yuan/㎡. Similar to the Qinghe Xinzhu Project, the Fengming Xinzhu Project also sets a price range based on the benchmark price, offering homebuyers more choices. However, the benchmark price and price range of the Fengming Xinzhu Project are generally higher than those of the Qinghe Xinzhu Project, which may be related to factors such as the project's location and house quality.
