Liaoning Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Liaoning follows a customized process, encompassing five key stages: demand confirmation, plan design, production and processing, transportation and installation, and after-sales support. Additionally, it requires targeted handling based on climatic characteristics and site selection requirements.

1. Demand Confirmation

Before installation, it is essential to clarify the application scenario (such as scenic spots, construction sites, or temporary event venues), the scale of pedestrian traffic, power and water supply conditions, and sewage disposal methods. For example, toilets in scenic spots need to balance aesthetics and cleaning efficiency, while those on construction sites require enhanced structural durability. If there is no municipal sewage network on-site, independent sewage tanks or septic tank treatment solutions should be selected. Manufacturers provide recommendations on size, configuration, and appearance based on these demands to ensure functionality matches the scenario.

2. Plan Design

During the design phase, floor plans and renderings are created to determine the internal layout (such as the configuration of squat toilets, sit toilets, sinks, and exhaust fans) and exterior style. Given the severe cold winters in Liaoning, anti-freezing measures must be taken: thickened insulation layers (typically made of polyurethane or rock wool materials), well-sealed doors and windows to reduce cold air infiltration, and insulation materials wrapped around water pipes or the installation of electric tracing devices to prevent pipe freezing and cracking.

3. Production and Processing

The main structure is prefabricated in the factory, utilizing a steel frame (surface treated with hot-dip galvanizing or spray coating for corrosion resistance) combined with sandwich panels or fiberglass-reinforced plastic walls, ensuring both strength and thermal insulation. Internal decoration and piping (water, electricity, and sewage) are installed simultaneously to ensure a modular structure that facilitates transportation and assembly.

4. Transportation and Installation

After being transported to the site by specialized vehicles, the finished products are installed using lifting equipment or manual labor. If there is no access to municipal power and water on-site, independent power supply (such as solar panels) and water supply systems (such as storage tanks) need to be planned in advance. Some projects require foundation work, such as pouring concrete bases or laying anti-settlement pads, to ensure a level ground surface and smooth drainage, preventing structural damage caused by low-lying water accumulation.

5. After-sales Support

After installation, the manufacturer provides regular maintenance services, including cleaning and disinfection, replenishment of consumables (such as toilet paper and hand soap), and equipment inspections. Independent sewage tanks need to be emptied and cleaned daily, while facilities connected to septic tanks or municipal sewage networks require monthly inspections of sewage pipe patency to prevent blockages or leaks.

Site Selection Considerations: Mobile toilets should be placed away from low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. If necessary, the ground height can be raised using pads or concrete foundations to mitigate the impact of ground settlement on structural stability.
