Liaocheng Municipal Mobile Toilets
Liaocheng has adopted diverse and humanized measures in the placement and management of mobile toilets.
In terms of the placement locations and types of mobile toilets, Liaocheng has made reasonable plans according to the needs of different scenarios. For example, the Environmental Sanitation Center of the Urban Management Bureau placed a mobile toilet in Sihetou Park along Binhe Avenue. This type of mobile toilet at a fixed location is suitable for areas with a large and continuous flow of people over a long period and a sustained demand for sanitation facilities. During temporary large-scale events such as the "Shandong Noodle Competition", special mobile toilet buses are set up. This form can flexibly meet the toilet demands generated by the large number of people gathering in a short time during the event, and can be withdrawn at any time after the event without occupying venue resources.
Regarding facility provision, the mobile toilets in Liaocheng fully consider the usage needs of different groups of people. The mobile toilet in Sihetou Park along Binhe Avenue is equipped with three squatting positions and a third toilet. The provision of the third toilet reflects care for special groups, providing convenience for parents with children, the elderly with mobility issues, and people with disabilities. Although specific facility details of the mobile toilet bus are not mentioned, considering its positioning for serving large-scale events, it is inferred that it will also be equipped with relatively complete sanitation facilities to meet the toilet demands of a large number of people during the event.
Management and service are also a highlight of the mobile toilets in Liaocheng. The mobile toilet in Sihetou Park along Binhe Avenue is staffed with dedicated personnel for sanitation cleaning and is open 24 hours a day. This ensures that the toilet can always maintain a clean and tidy usage environment, facilitating citizens' use at any time. The mobile toilet bus is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. It is also staffed with toilet attendants for cleaning at any time and ensures that consumables are replenished in a timely manner, providing a good toilet experience for event participants.
In addition, there are companies in Liaocheng that mainly engage in the production, leasing, and sales of mobile toilets, providing professional leasing service teams and imported plastic eco-friendly toilets. This offers more choices and convenience for enterprises and event organizers with a demand for mobile toilets, further promoting the popularization and application of mobile toilets in Liaocheng.
