Lianzhou Mobile Toilet Design

Admin September 27, 2026

The design of mobile toilets in Lianzhou requires comprehensive consideration of materials, functional layout, sanitary equipment, ventilation systems, and other factors to meet practical and comfort needs.

1. Material Selection The main body of mobile toilets is typically made of color-coated steel plates, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, making them suitable for outdoor environments. The interior ceiling can be made of PVC material, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, and easy to maintain. The sound insulation system should be equipped with sound insulation cotton to reduce noise interference during use and enhance privacy.

2. Functional Layout Design The interior of the toilet should clearly divide functional areas, including urinal and toilet areas, and handwashing areas, with separate male and female entrances. Each room should have independent functions, such as male toilets equipped with urinals and squat toilets, and female toilets equipped only with squat toilets. To protect privacy, screen walls or barriers should be installed at the entrances to prevent direct lines of sight. Additionally, each toilet unit should maintain independence to avoid cross-interference.

3. Sanitary Equipment Configuration The standard equipment in the toilet should include squat toilets, handwashing basins, and exhaust fans. For sewage disposal, a flushing system is recommended to ensure cleanliness and reduce odors. If conditions permit, intelligent equipment such as sensor-activated faucets and hand dryers can be added to enhance convenience. At the same time, sewage pipes should be reasonably planned to ensure smooth connection with municipal systems or temporary treatment equipment.

4. Ventilation System Design Ventilation is a critical aspect of mobile toilet design. A combination of exhaust fans and louvered windows should be used to achieve complementary mechanical and natural ventilation. According to regulations, the ventilation rate for each toilet position should not be less than 40m³/h (for the entire space) or 20m³/h (for a single toilet stall) to quickly expel odors and moisture. If conditions permit, additional roof vents can be installed to enhance natural ventilation using the principle of rising hot air.

5. Water Conservation and Environmental Design Public toilets should prioritize the use of water-saving sanitary equipment, such as dual-flush squat toilets and low-flow handwashing basins, to reduce water consumption. For temporary events, mobile sewage treatment units can be deployed to achieve recycling or compliant discharge of wastewater. Additionally, water-saving reminder signs should be posted inside the toilets to guide users in using water reasonably.

6. Customization Needs The specifications of mobile toilets can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs, such as increasing the number of toilet stalls, expanding accessibility features, or adding management rooms. For large-scale events, modular combination solutions can be designed, allowing for the rapid formation of large-scale toilet clusters by assembling multiple independent units.
