Lhasa Intelligent Mobile Toilet
Lhasa intelligent mobile toilets mainly include two types: smart mobile restrooms and scenic-area mobile restrooms, along with rental services.

Smart Mobile Restrooms: These are a highly integrated technological system based on a modular structure, consisting of a perception layer, processing layer, and execution layer that form a closed loop. The perception layer is composed of multiple sensor networks capable of real-time monitoring of environmental data and facility status information, such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and the usage of restroom facilities. Data processing relies on embedded edge computing units that can analyze information locally and trigger corresponding commands instantly, without the need to transmit data to a remote server, thereby improving response speed and processing efficiency. The execution layer is equipped with a negative-pressure ventilation system to effectively improve indoor air quality, water-saving flushing devices to significantly reduce water consumption, and integrated waste treatment modules for efficient waste disposal. Energy supply adopts a hybrid model, combining renewable energy sources like solar and wind power with traditional energy sources to adapt to the complex energy conditions in high-altitude regions. Facility mobility is achieved through standardized container-type chassis for easy transportation and deployment. In high-altitude environments, adaptability is ensured through special materials and processes, such as the use of low-temperature-resistant and UV-resistant materials to ensure normal operation in harsh conditions. Deployment requires consideration of the dynamic characteristics of urban space, and maintenance management has shifted from regular inspections to state-triggered maintenance, meaning targeted maintenance is carried out based on facility status information monitored by sensors, improving maintenance efficiency and accuracy and providing elasticity for public service supply.
Scenic-Area Mobile Restrooms: In response to the challenge of slow natural degradation of solid waste in high-altitude environments, their internal treatment units accelerate the harmlessness and reduction of waste by integrating biochemical and physical processes. First, moisture in excreta is separated immediately, and vacuum suction or micro-water flushing devices are equipped to reduce the amount of treatment media and lower water consumption. Solid waste treatment integrates high-temperature composting or biological fermentation modules, and the treated residues can be used as soil amendments, achieving resource utilization of waste. This system emphasizes continuous and stable operation in areas with weak infrastructure and minimal ecological impact, establishing a low-impact, manageable technological buffer interface between tourists' sanitation needs and the fragile natural environment.
In addition, Lhasa also offers mobile toilet rental services, providing convenience for venues or events with temporary needs.
