Large Vehicle Mobile Toilet
A large vehicle mobile toilet is a mobile restroom solution that integrates toilet facilities onto large vehicles, suitable for temporary locations with high pedestrian traffic.

I. Vehicle Types and Construction
Large vehicle mobile toilets are typically modified based on heavy-duty truck chassis (such as 4×2 National VI chassis) or bus configurations. The main body of the vehicle is constructed using materials like carbon steel plates and frame + polyurethane-filled walls, offering high strength and corrosion resistance to adapt to complex outdoor environments. The interior of the carriage is functionally divided through modular design. For example, the Howo model from Sinotruk features separate male and female restroom areas, while the bus model optimizes space utilization through a foam-sealed high-pressure water-saving flushing system.
II. Core Facility Configuration
- Restroom Units: Includes vacuum suction-type squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), sit toilets, and urinals. For instance, the Howo model from Sinotruk is equipped with 6 squat toilets, 2 sit toilets, and 3 urinals, capable of serving 8 people simultaneously; the bus model adopts a differentiated layout with 3 male toilet positions + 2 urinal positions and 5 female toilet positions.
- Auxiliary Systems: Equipped with a 500L gray water tank for collecting wastewater, a silent generator for independent power supply, and air conditioning and electric ventilation fans to maintain internal air quality. Some models also include emergency call buttons, ventilation windows, and other safety features.
- Water-Saving Technology: The bus model employs a foam-sealed high-pressure water-saving flushing system, reducing water consumption through foam coverage, meeting environmental requirements; the vacuum suction design of heavy-duty truck models enables rapid sewage discharge through negative pressure, minimizing odor diffusion risks.
III. Transportation and Deployment Methods
The vehicle is mobile and can be transported to designated locations through three methods:
- Power-Driven: Relying on the vehicle's own engine to drive to the site, suitable for short-distance flexible deployment.
- Towing Transportation: Towed to the destination by a tractor, applicable to models without a powered chassis.
- Lifting Operations: The entire carriage is lifted and installed onto a fixed platform using lifting equipment, enabling rapid installation and disassembly.
IV. Application Scenarios and Advantages
Primarily serving temporary locations with high pedestrian traffic such as large events, disaster relief efforts, and construction sites. Its core advantages include:
- Environmentally Friendly and Durable: The enclosed sewage discharge system prevents pollution, and the polyurethane walls extend service life.
- Rapid Response: Modular design supports deployment within 2 hours, adapting to urgent needs.
- Comprehensive Functionality: Independent partitions, air conditioning, sinks, and other configurations enhance the user experience, comparable to fixed toilets.
