Large Movable Toilet Installation
The installation of large movable toilets should be carried out in combination with structural characteristics and standardized procedures. The specific process is as follows:

I. Basic Structure and Material Preparation
Large movable toilets typically adopt a frame-type structure. The bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams to form a stable base, and square steel is used for the columns to ensure overall load-bearing capacity. There are various wall materials, including color-coated steel plates (lightweight and rust-resistant), fiberglass-reinforced plastics (corrosion-resistant and easy to clean), stainless steel (durable and impact-resistant), or metal carved plates (aesthetically pleasing and heat-insulating), which should be selected according to the usage scenario. Before installation, tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, a rivet gun, a level, and a wrench should be prepared, and all accessories should be checked for completeness to avoid delays due to missing parts during the process.
II. Core Installation Steps
Corner and Frame Assembly
First, install the corner connectors and fix the columns to the bottom frame using bolts or welding, ensuring that the perpendicularity and levelness meet the standards (with an error of no more than 3 millimeters). This step is the foundation of the overall structure and requires repeated verification to avoid tilting.Wall Panel Assembly and Fixing
Insert the wall panels into the reserved slots, align the upper and lower edges, and then drill holes at the joints (with a spacing of about 20-30 centimeters). Insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. If color-coated steel plates or metal carved plates are used, pay attention to sealing the gaps between the panels to prevent rainwater leakage; for fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels, check the flatness of the joint surfaces to avoid stress concentration and cracking.Roof and Door/Window Installation
The roof structure usually uses lightweight materials (such as aluminum alloy or PVC panels), which are fixed to the top of the columns with screws. A drainage slope (recommended 2%-5%) should be reserved. The installation of doors and windows should ensure smooth opening and closing and complete sealing strips to improve heat and sound insulation performance.
III. Key Precautions
- Product Variation Adjustments: Different manufacturers may have design variations (such as modular assembly or overall lifting). Be sure to follow the product manual or contact the manufacturer for video guidance.
- Safety Regulations: Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work, avoid metal splinters when operating an electric drill, and turn off the power of the rivet gun after use.
- Environmental Adaptation: If installed on soft soil foundations, pour a concrete base in advance; in areas with strong winds, add wind-resistant guy wires or counterweights.
Tip: Non-professionals are advised to have the installation carried out by the manufacturer or a designated team to ensure structural stability and usage safety.
