Large Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin September 23, 2026

A large mobile toilet vehicle is a specialized vehicle based on a specific chassis, integrating multiple functional modules to meet the sanitary needs of multiple people. The following is an introduction from several aspects including vehicle basic configuration, carriage structure and facilities, sewage treatment and auxiliary systems, and mobile toilet classification:

I. Vehicle Basic Configuration Taking the SINOTRUK HOWO logistical support mobile toilet vehicle as an example, its chassis adopts the SINOTRUK HOWO 4×2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kW, which is superior to the 220kW required in the bidding documents, providing strong power and meeting environmental standards. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires to enhance driving stability; the double-door integrated cab optimizes the operating space. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that comply with national standards, ensuring long-term reliability.

II. Carriage Structure and Facilities The carriage adopts an overall frame structure with a skeleton and polyurethane filling, balancing strength and thermal insulation, and can simultaneously meet the sanitary needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women. The internal configuration includes: 3 urinals, 6 vacuum suction-type squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and 2 sit toilets; each area for men and women is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner, and the top is equipped with an electric exhaust fan. The compartments are designed with honeycomb aluminum partitions and have separate exhaust fans to ensure ventilation; each compartment is equipped with independent lighting, coat hooks, and other facilities to enhance convenience. In addition, the top of the carriage is laid with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles, and all gaps are filled with silicone to enhance sealing and durability.

III. Sewage Treatment and Auxiliary Systems The vehicle is equipped with 2 sets of sinks, including independent faucets, half-body mirrors, hand soap, and paper towel boxes; three water tanks are set up, among which the gray water tank has a capacity of 500L for collecting sewage. The carriage integrates a main control cabinet with built-in voltmeters, ammeters, and insulation sensors to monitor equipment status in real-time; it is equipped with a sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5kW for quick sewage removal; the generator adopts a silent design and can be directly fueled by the chassis fuel tank to ensure power supply. Warning lights are installed on the roof and tail to enhance nighttime safety.

IV. Mobile Toilet Classification According to structural form, they can be divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (multi-module combinations); according to mobility, they can be divided into lifting/handling types (requiring external equipment assistance) and powered/trailer types (capable of self-propulsion or towing); according to sewage treatment methods, they can be divided into water-flush and waterless suction types (relying on vacuum pumps or fecal storage tanks), circulating water-flush types (with sewage purification and reuse), and dry packing types (using biodegradable bags to collect feces).
