Production of Large Mobile Toilets
For the production of large mobile toilets, you can refer to two creative plans: the modification of water storage tanks or the combination of chemical tanks. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Water Storage Tank Modification Plan
Main Structure Processing
Select large water storage tanks with a diameter of over 1.2 meters and cut them in half along the longitudinal axis to form two semi-cylindrical base frames. Use an angle grinder with a metal cutting blade for cutting to ensure a flat cut. Weld or bolt a wooden base plate to the bottom of the semi-cylinder to enhance structural stability.Mobility and Height Increase Design
Install universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden base plate. It is recommended that the wheel diameter be over 10 centimeters to adapt to complex terrains. Weld wooden strips or metal square tubes vertically along the edge of the semi-cylinder to raise the tank height to about 2 meters, providing space for the installation of internal facilities.Wall and Door Frame Construction
Cut a rectangular opening measuring 80 cm in length and 180 cm in height on the side of the tank as a doorway. Smooth the edges and attach foam strips for anti-collision protection. Use lightweight aluminum alloy or wooden frames for the door frame and embed transparent PVC soft panels as walls to ensure privacy and facilitate observation of the interior.Roof and Waterproofing Treatment
Invert the unused upper half of the water storage tank onto the top of the main body and secure it with bolts. Apply waterproof silicone along the roof edge and spray outdoor-specific waterproof paint on the surface. It is recommended to choose a light gray color to reduce heat absorption.Internal Facility Installation
- Sewage System: Install a PVC drainage pipe with a diameter of 110 mm at the bottom of the tank and connect it to an external sewage tank or septic tank.
- Sanitary Equipment: Use expansion bolts to fix the toilet. Install the water tank at the rear of the tank and connect it to the water inlet pipe with PPR pipes. Choose a small stainless steel sink and install a storage cabinet below it.
- Ventilation and Lighting: Install a 12V DC exhaust fan on the top and drill ventilation holes with a diameter of 5 cm on the side. Choose a waterproof bathroom heater and install an LED waterproof light above the sink.
II. Chemical Tank Combination Plan
Tank Assembly
Select two chemical tanks with a capacity of over 200 liters, remove the top steel reinforcement rings, and cut off the lids. Invert and assemble the two tanks, and weld them together in the middle with 5 cm × 5 cm angle irons to form a rectangular space measuring 2 meters in length, 1 meter in width, and 2 meters in height.Door Frame and Drainage Treatment
After cutting a doorway on the side of the tank, seal the gaps with 0.5 mm thick iron sheets and weld PVC pipes at the edges as drainage outlets. Use hinges for the door frame connection and install magnetic locks to ensure airtightness.Functional Area Division
- Toilet Area: Place the toilet and fix the water tank. Connect the water inlet pipe to an external water source and the drainage pipe to a septic tank.
- Shower Area: Install a PVC pipe showerhead and set up a drainage floor drain below it. Use lotus leaves or waterproof cloth to construct a semi-enclosed space.
- Wash Area: Fix a sink on one side of the tank and install storage compartments below it. Choose explosion-proof mirrors.
- Testing and Optimization
After installation, conduct a 24-hour closed-water test to check for leaks in the drainage pipes, water tanks, showerheads, and other parts. Adjust the universal wheel brake devices according to the usage scenario to ensure stability during movement.
Both plans adopt a modular design and can be adjusted in size and functional configuration according to actual needs, making them suitable for temporary or fixed locations such as construction sites, exhibitions, and disaster areas.
