Lanzhou New Area Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet
The environmental protection mobile toilet in Lanzhou New Area features modular design, efficient water supply and drainage, good air circulation, strong environmental adaptability, intelligent management, strong emergency response capabilities, and waste resource utilization.

Modular Design: It adopts a modular structure. Functional modules such as the base frame, sanitary fixtures, and sewage systems are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly. The connection interfaces are standardized, allowing the entire assembly to be completed within eight hours. The assembled structure uses high-strength aluminum alloy buckles combined with waterproof seals, and the connection parts are fixed with hex bolts and self-locking nuts, capable of withstanding wind loads of up to force seven. The wall panels have a honeycomb aluminum sandwich structure filled with polyurethane foam material, providing thermal insulation and soundproofing functions.
Efficient Water Supply and Drainage System: The water supply unit consists of a water storage tank, pressure pump, and ultraviolet disinfection device. The drainage system employs vacuum collection technology, with sewage pipes having a diameter only one-third that of traditional pipes, achieving water-saving flushing through negative pressure suction. The collected waste enters a closed treatment chamber, where it is biologically degraded and separated into reclaimed water and organic fertilizer.
Air Circulation System: Air replacement is achieved through a combination of negative pressure exhaust and natural ventilation. Low-noise exhaust fans are installed on the roof, and hidden ventilation openings with a labyrinth structure are set on the side walls to prevent odor backflow. Solar-powered ventilation fans can maintain basic ventilation needs during off-peak usage periods, keeping the internal ammonia concentration always below 0.3 milligrams per cubic meter.
Environmental Adaptability: The walls use phase change energy storage materials that absorb cold at night and release it during the day to balance indoor temperature fluctuations. All metal components undergo dual anti-corrosion treatment with anodizing and powder coating, enabling normal operation within an ambient temperature range of minus twenty degrees Celsius to forty-five degrees Celsius.
Intelligent Management System: Built-in infrared sensors count the number of toilet users. The lighting system employs a combination of human body induction and light sensing control. The average daily energy consumption of a single mobile toilet is controlled within three kilowatt-hours, and water consumption is reduced by approximately sixty percent compared to traditional water-flush toilets.
Emergency Response Capability: It can be rapidly delivered by road transport. The standard unit is compatible with the loading dimensions of ordinary freight vehicles. Upon arrival at the site, it can operate independently for seventy-two hours without external water and electricity connections. The built-in emergency power supply can maintain basic lighting and ventilation needs in case of a power outage.
Waste Resource Utilization: The solid-liquid separation device compresses the solid matter in the waste into block-shaped fertilizer. The liquid part undergoes three-stage filtration to meet the water quality standards for farmland irrigation. The biogas generated during the treatment process can serve as a backup energy source for the hot water system. The entire treatment process can convert approximately eighty-five percent of the waste into usable resources per cycle.
