Langfang Trailer-mounted Mobile Toilet
The Langfang trailer-mounted mobile toilet is a facility composed of a towing chassis and a box-type functional unit, designed to meet temporary and mobile sanitation needs.

I. Structural Composition
- Chassis System: It adopts a standard trailer design, equipped with an independent suspension system and solid tires to ensure stability during road towing and adapt to the mobility requirements of different terrains.
- Functional Unit: It integrates three core systems through modular design:
- Water Circulation System: It relies on a pressure pump and a water storage tank for operation. The pressure pump delivers clean water to the flushing valve, and sewage enters the sewage collection tank by gravity. The sewage collection tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor, which triggers an alert when the capacity reaches the set value, achieving closed-loop management of water sources and sewage.
- Sewage Storage Device: Some units integrate small septic tanks or connect to temporary sewage discharge pipes. The capacity of the sewage tank is configured according to the usage duration and the number of users.
- Ventilation Equipment: It uses an active exhaust fan combined with natural convection holes. Air enters from the top and exits from the bottom, forming a directional airflow to reduce odor concentration. Some models are equipped with an activated carbon filter layer for physical adsorption of gas molecules.
II. Rental Process
- Equipment Allocation: Select the appropriate vehicle model based on the conditions of the usage site (such as space size and ground flatness), assess the estimated number of users, usage duration, and single-service capacity, calculate the number of units to be configured, and optimize usage efficiency through a multi-point dispersed layout.
- On-site Installation: Ensure that the parking location has basic flatness and a temporary power supply interface. The supplier arranges the transportation route and completes the positioning and installation.
- Regular Maintenance: Conduct sewage extraction, system disinfection, and cleaning maintenance according to the usage cycle, carried out by professional service personnel to avoid overcrowding in local areas or equipment failures.
III. Functional Configuration Differences
The basic configuration only includes toilet stalls and simple hand-washing facilities. The complex configuration can add modules such as barrier-free access, maternal and child care stations, and water-saving flushing devices to meet the needs of different scenarios (such as large gatherings and construction projects).
IV. Contract and Fees
The rental contract specifies the equipment specifications, service period, and division of responsibilities. The user is required to ensure that the external structure of the equipment is not damaged by human actions, and the service provider carries out inspection and maintenance operations as agreed. The fee structure consists of equipment depreciation, transportation costs, and maintenance expenses, and is settled on a daily or monthly basis.
