Case Sharing of Kunming Container House Customization

There are numerous typical cases of container house customization in Kunming. Here is a detailed introduction for you:

Yang Liping Grand Theater Commercial Street Project

This project was undertaken by Yunnan Hongren Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. In the planning of the commercial street, the customization of container houses was adopted, adding a unique architectural style to the street. Container houses are modular, enabling rapid construction and dismantling, which is highly advantageous for places like commercial streets that require flexible layout adjustments. Meanwhile, the appearance of container houses can be customized according to the overall style of the commercial street, allowing them to blend in with the surrounding environment. This not only meets the commercial functional requirements but also enhances the artistic atmosphere and visual appeal of the commercial street.

Lakeside Double-Story Container Holiday Villa

This villa is located by the lake and incorporates modern architectural design elements. From the outside, the combination of containers is novel and unique, showcasing a sense of fashion. Internally, an open-plan design is adopted, which makes full use of the space and makes the entire villa appear more spacious and bright. The villa continues the theme of freshness and nature. In terms of decoration materials, natural materials such as wood and stone are mostly used, creating an atmosphere of closeness to nature. Additionally, the villa has large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter, enabling residents to enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery and have a pleasant holiday experience indoors.

L-Shaped Double-Story Black Container Holiday Homestay

This homestay features a unique design that resembles the stacking method of Tetris pieces, making it highly eye-catching in appearance. A deep black color is chosen as the main tone, making the homestay stand out in the surrounding environment and creating a strong visual impact. Internally, the design incorporates bright colors or unique decorative elements, breaking the dullness of the external black and creating a modern and vibrant living atmosphere. This design approach of contrasting the interior and exterior not only meets the residents' demand for a unique accommodation experience but also reflects the creativity and ingenuity of the designer.
