Korla New Rural Portable Toilets
Korla's new rural portable toilets mainly include two types: convenient portable toilets and rural non-powered self-circulating water-flush toilet systems.

Convenient Portable Toilets
In the upgrading and renovation project of the Tiemenguan Scenic Area in Korla City, two convenient portable toilets have been installed. This measure is primarily aimed at meeting the toilet needs of citizens and tourists during their leisure and entertainment activities in the scenic area, providing them with a higher-quality leisure and entertainment venue. Convenient portable toilets are characterized by flexibility and convenience, allowing for reasonable layout and adjustment according to the actual needs of the scenic area and tourist traffic. They do not require complex civil engineering works, enabling quick installation and use, and play an important role in scenic areas and other places with high pedestrian flow, effectively improving the service quality of the scenic area and enhancing the visitor experience.
Rural Non-Powered Self-Circulating Water-Flush Toilet System
In response to the practical difficulties of scattered residences and the inability of municipal pipelines to cover certain villages in Korla City, the local area has promoted the "rural non-powered self-circulating water-flush toilet" system. This system offers numerous advantages:
- No reliance on external power: It does not require external power or hydraulic support, reducing operating costs and dependence on external resources, making it suitable for use in remote rural areas with weak infrastructure.
- Easy maintenance: Farmers can perform routine maintenance themselves without the need for professional technicians or complex equipment, reducing the difficulty and cost of maintenance and increasing farmers' enthusiasm and sustainability in using the system.
- Environmentally friendly and efficient: Through a combination of physical filtration and biological degradation, it achieves on-site harmless treatment and resource utilization of fecal waste. This not only avoids environmental pollution caused by fecal waste but also allows for reasonable utilization of the treated products, such as as fertilizers, essentially solving the problem of toilet renovation for remote and scattered households, promoting the progress of the rural toilet revolution, and improving the sanitary and ecological environment in rural areas.
