Movable Toilet Houses in Kashi

Admin September 27, 2026

There indeed exist movable toilet houses in Kashi, which can be categorized into the following two types:

1. Mobile Toilet Rental Services
The Kashi region offers professional mobile toilet rental services. These facilities are characterized by their flexibility and are suitable for various temporary scenarios. For instance, during large-scale events such as marathons, music festivals, and concerts, organizers can quickly deploy mobile toilets through rental services to meet the toilet needs of a large number of people in a short period. For long-term construction sites, rental options can be chosen based on the project duration, including long-term, daily, or hourly rentals, to reduce the construction costs of fixed public toilets. The rental services cover the entire Kashi region, and operators typically provide one-stop services including transportation, installation, maintenance, and cleaning to ensure the normal use of the facilities. The internal configurations of mobile toilets vary depending on the usage scenario. Basic models are equipped with squat toilets, sinks, and ventilation systems, while high-end models may include sit-down toilets, air conditioners, deodorization equipment, etc. Some also adopt water-saving technologies to adapt to arid regions.

2. Mobile Prefabricated Municipal Public Toilets
In 2024, Chongmingniao Toilet Technology Group, a member unit of the China Environmental Sanitation Association Toilet Committee, built 30 mobile prefabricated municipal public toilets throughout Kashi. These toilets adopt a modular design, with the main structure prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly. They feature short construction periods and strong relocatability. Their appearance is no different from that of fixed public toilets, but internally, they use lightweight materials and can be moved as a whole using lifting equipment, adapting to urban planning adjustments or changes in demand during the tourist season. In terms of functional configurations, these toilets are generally equipped with barrier-free facilities, smart sensor faucets, energy-saving lighting, etc. Some also integrate humanized spaces such as third toilets and baby care rooms. The sewage discharge systems of mobile prefabricated public toilets are connected to the municipal sewer network to ensure environmental compliance, while renewable energy equipment such as solar panels is used to reduce operational energy consumption.

The core differences between the two types of movable toilet houses lie in their usage scenarios and property ownership: rental services cater to temporary needs, with property owned by the operators; prefabricated municipal public toilets are public service facilities invested in and built by the government, serving citizens and tourists in the long term. The common point of both is that they break through the fixed limitations of traditional public toilets and improve resource utilization efficiency through modular and movable designs, making them particularly suitable for tourist cities like Kashi to cope with seasonal fluctuations in tourist traffic.
