Jixi Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 06, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Jixi requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors to ensure stability, functionality, and safety. The specific installation points are as follows:

1. Ground Assessment and Unit Fixation Before installation, conduct a ground assessment of the site to ensure the ground is level and solid enough to bear the weight of the mobile toilet. If there are soft soil or uneven areas on the ground, hardening treatment or laying a foundation bedding layer is required. For unit fixation, use anchor bolts or expansion screws to ensure that the mobile toilet will not shift or tilt due to external forces during use, guaranteeing safety.

2. Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Handling (Flush-type and Direct-discharge Type) For flush-type and direct-discharge mobile toilets, plan the layout of the drainage pipes in advance to ensure that the pipe slope meets the drainage requirements and avoid blockages or waterlogging. During installation, after transporting the pre-assembled toilets from the manufacturer to the site, professional personnel are needed to connect the water supply and drainage pipes, ensuring good sealing at the joints to prevent water leakage. If there is no municipal drainage system on the site, a septic tank or sewage collection device should be equipped and cleaned regularly.

3. Main Structure and Wall Installation The main structure of the mobile toilet is usually made of galvanized square tubes and welded by full welding. Ensure that the welding quality meets the standards, with no cold solder joints or missed solder joints to guarantee structural strength. For wall installation, the exterior wall should use metal insulation and decoration integrated fireproof panels, and the interior wall should use high-grade composite decorative panels with insulation materials (such as polystyrene boards or rock wool) filled in the middle layer. During installation, strictly control the wall thickness to be no less than 75mm and ensure thermal insulation effects to adapt to usage requirements under different climatic conditions.

4. Functional Debugging and Acceptance After installation, conduct a comprehensive debugging, focusing on checking whether functions such as the microcomputer-controlled flushing system, lighting system, and ventilation system are normal. For example, test the water pressure, flushing duration, and water-saving effect of the flushing system; ensure that the ventilation system meets the air exchange volume requirements to avoid odor accumulation. After debugging is qualified, the demander organizes acceptance. The acceptance standards include structural stability, functional integrity, and appearance quality.

5. Warranty and Maintenance Terms From the date when the mobile toilet arrives at the construction site and passes acceptance, the supplier usually provides a free warranty service for a certain period (such as one year), but it is necessary to clearly exclude damages caused by improper use, human damage, or force majeure (such as earthquakes and floods). The demander needs to regularly maintain the equipment, such as cleaning the septic tank and checking the pipe sealing, to extend its service life.
