Jiuquan Prefabricated House Finished Products
Jiuquan prefabricated house finished products mainly include three types: foldable houses, color-steel houses, and container houses.

Foldable houses are architectural products that can be quickly transported and assembled on-site. Their walls and roofs are prefabricated in the factory and folded and compressed using hinge and lock structures during transportation. Upon arrival at the site, they can be unfolded and formed. Internally, they use high-strength steel frames to ensure structural stability; the enclosure structures employ composite sandwich panels, such as those with rock wool or polyurethane cores, providing excellent thermal insulation properties. Additionally, foldable houses come pre-installed with integrated subsystems like electrical wiring and lighting fixtures, allowing users to use them directly without additional installation, significantly shortening the construction cycle and making them suitable for temporary office and living scenarios.
Color-steel houses feature colored coated steel sheets as the outer layer, filled with rock wool, polyurethane, and other core materials, and are constructed into a housing system by compounding them into panels through specific processes. Their components are prefabricated in the factory and then installed on-site using bolts, exhibiting modular and industrial characteristics. Color-steel houses offer high construction efficiency and can be flexibly combined according to needs, making them suitable for scenarios requiring large spaces, such as industrial park factories and warehousing and logistics centers. Meanwhile, their outer steel sheets are highly corrosion-resistant, and the internal core materials have excellent fire resistance, meeting usage requirements in different environments.
Container houses come in various styles, including simple movable houses, packing-box units, and prefabricated types, fabricated using welding or assembly processes. The product range is extensive, covering non-standard container double-door equipment cabins, mortise-and-tenon construction site movable panel houses, and residential foldable container temporary buildings, among others. Some container houses possess features like corrosion resistance and fire-resistant rock wool panels and can be reused, reducing usage costs. They have a sturdy structure and are easy to transport, making them suitable for scenarios requiring rapid setup and dismantling, such as construction sites and temporary exhibitions.
