Jinzhou Prefabricated Mobile Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

The Jinzhou prefabricated mobile toilet is a movable sanitary facility featuring modular design, efficient sewage treatment, and water-saving functions, suitable for temporary venues with dense populations.

Materials and Structure: The box body of the Jinzhou prefabricated mobile toilet is made of polymer composite materials, which have stable weather resistance, reducing the loosening of connections caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The surface of the box body is treated with anti-corrosion measures, extending its service life. Its overall structure adopts a modular design, allowing it to be disassembled into several standard-sized units during transportation. Upon arrival at the site, it can be quickly assembled, and the number of units and layout can be adjusted according to the site conditions and predicted foot traffic, offering high flexibility.

Sewage Treatment: The equipped sewage treatment device combines biological degradation with physical separation. Microbial communities decompose organic matter in a specific container. After solid substances are separated through sedimentation, the remaining liquid undergoes multi-stage filtration to meet discharge standards, with a short treatment cycle and a small footprint. Some models are also equipped with septic or biological treatment systems for preliminary sewage treatment within the storage tank.

Ventilation and Water Conservation: The ventilation system combines negative pressure extraction with natural convection. The airflow path is precisely calculated, with the air intake located at the lower part of the box body and the air outlet at the top, creating a continuous air circulation. This is more energy-efficient than relying solely on mechanical exhaust and can maintain basic ventilation even in places with unstable power supplies. The flushing system adopts a pneumatic-assisted design, using compressed air to propel water flow, reducing water consumption by about 40% compared to traditional gravity flushing. The sink is equipped with sensor-activated water outlets and micro-flow aerators, controlling water flow while ensuring cleaning effectiveness, together forming a complete water-saving system.

Power Supply and Applications: Power supply can be provided by connecting to the municipal grid or using built-in solar panels combined with batteries, enabling basic operation in areas not covered by the municipal power grid. It is commonly found at large outdoor gatherings, temporary construction sites, sports events, or festival venues where there is a high density of people in a short period, and the demand for sanitary facilities has obvious peak characteristics. In Jinzhou, during seasonal tourism peaks or specific cultural events, deploying mobile toilets in areas outside the service radius or with insufficient capacity of fixed public toilets can effectively relieve demand pressure.
