Jinzhou Mobile Toilet Inspection

Admin September 24, 2026

The inspection of mobile toilets in Jinzhou should be carried out comprehensively from three aspects: inspection standards, testing methods, and specific inspection items.

Inspection Standards: The equipment must be brand new and unused, fully complying with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding technical documents. Under correct installation, use, and maintenance conditions, it should maintain satisfactory performance throughout its service life. The quantity of equipment and materials used must strictly conform to the technical specifications in the bidding documents.

Testing Methods:

  1. Supervisory Testing: The purchaser may send personnel to the factory for supervision during the manufacturing process or conduct pre-acceptance before the equipment is shipped to ensure that the production process complies with standards.
  2. On-site Testing: After the equipment arrives at the site, it should be jointly unpacked and inspected with the purchaser. The quantity should be verified against the supply scope list, and cooperation should be provided for on-site acceptance work, including a detailed explanation of functions and operational details.
  3. Operational Testing: After installation and commissioning are completed, the equipment must undergo trial operation without faults and be confirmed by the using unit and department before being deemed a qualified product.

Specific Inspection Items:

  1. On-site Preparation: Ensure that the equipment is fixed on a flat surface, and the water and electricity are connected and adjusted to normal conditions.
  2. Testing Instruments: Use tools such as stopwatches, steel tapes, lux meters, anemometers, and multimeters to assist in the inspection.
  3. Appearance and Decorative Quality: Visually inspect the appearance, interior decoration, sanitary ware, and labels for completeness and effectiveness. Measure the error between the appearance and internal dimensions and the design drawings to be ≤5mm. Check that the decorative layer is flat without depressions, firmly attached, with sealed joints without water leakage, and the floor is flat without water accumulation.
  4. Wind Resistance: The steel structure welding must comply with the JGJ81 standard, and the anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment must meet the GB50212 requirements. The overall wind resistance should be ≥ Grade 10, the seismic resistance should be ≥ Grade 8, and the service life should be ≥ 10 years. Stability should be verified through thrust tests.
  5. Sealing and Waterproofing: Use a 0.1MPa pressure water gun to continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes, and then check for no leakage after stopping for 1 hour.
  6. Tank Tightness: Fill with water and let it stand for 1 hour to check for leakage in the storage tank and fecal storage tank. Visually inspect the water supply and drainage piping for neat arrangement without leakage. Test the toilet fixture's blocking action time to be ≤3 seconds. Confirm that the fecal storage tank is isolated from the toilet, with reasonable placement of the vent pipe and fecal extraction port. Check that the cleaning port cover opens and closes flexibly and is well-sealed.
