Jincheng Container Module House
Admin September 15, 2026
The following is information about container module houses in Jincheng:

Supplier Information
There are multiple container house factories and prefabricated house factories in Jincheng that offer rental and sales services. Some suppliers cover the urban area and surrounding regions, and have a certain customer base, such as serving 126 or 234 people in the past year. These suppliers can be contacted by phone, and some have the advantage of platform guarantees.
Container House Classification
- By structural origin and construction method: There are custom fixed box modules, newly built according to ISO modulus with a high degree of factory production; and variable box modules, whose wall panels can be flipped, pulled out, and rotated, generally used as single-story standalone units. According to the box body forming process, there are integral welded, light steel keel, plug-in, folding, and fixed types.
- By spatial combination form: This includes single-box landing, suitable for small shops, sentry boxes, and temporary dormitories; horizontal box assembly, which can be horizontally connected to serve as conference rooms, exhibition halls, and B&B lobbies; vertical box stacking, capable of building 6-story dormitories and hotels, relying on corner fittings for vertical force transmission; and offset, overhanging, L-shaped, and U-shaped enclosures, used for trendy B&Bs and cafes. Overhanging sections require diagonal bracing and are prohibited from having holes.
- By functional use: They are divided into accommodation, office, commercial service, bathroom, and special types (medical boxes, equipment boxes, laboratory boxes, explosion-proof/refrigerated boxes).
- By material and mobility: In terms of materials, steel is the most commonly used, along with aluminum alloy (light but expensive) and composite sandwich panel boxes. In terms of mobility, there are fixed (hoisted), towed mobile, and folding transport types.
Core Points of Technical Regulations
- Scope of application and basic bottom lines: Applicable to low-rise and multi-story modular combined houses, with a maximum of 6 stories, a height of ≤24m, and an earthquake resistance of ≤8 degrees. The design service life is 50 years (≥1.0) or 25 years (≥0.95). Existing boxes must be GB/T12418 inspected and qualified, with no defects in beams and columns, and all 8 corner fittings intact and reliable, accompanied by a quality certificate upon arrival.
- Structural force and construction: The pure steel frame bears the force, and the corner fittings are the only stacking force transmission points, which cannot be replaced by spot welding. The box body steel uses welded weathering steel, and non-box body components use Q235B/Q345B. When large holes are opened to weaken the stiffness, it is advisable to arrange box units with holes and those without holes in a staggered and symmetrical manner; the overhanging length should not be too large, and holes are strictly prohibited in the overhanging sections. The lateral force-resisting members should be symmetrical in plan and uniform in vertical stiffness; for multi-story box stacking, the corner fittings and corner columns must be aligned and locked vertically.
- Fire prevention and corrosion protection: The enclosure filling prohibits the use of flammable core materials such as EPS. For crowded places, Class A rock wool/glass wool should be used, and the fire resistance limit should be controlled according to GB50016. Steel structure fireproof coatings, floor fire separations, escape routes (with a clear width of ≥0.9m), fire extinguishers/smoke detectors/emergency lighting should be configured according to public building standards.
