Jiefang District Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet

Admin October 12, 2026

The environmental protection mobile toilet is a movable and modular eco-friendly toilet facility that meets sanitary needs in temporary locations through water-saving technologies and resource recycling designs.

Technical Types and Water-Saving Designs

Environmental protection mobile toilets encompass various technical solutions, including waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. Among them, the water flushing type achieves water conservation through optimized water flow design. For example, it automatically collects hand-washing water and adds special agents, enabling each flush to use only 0.46 liters of water, saving over 80% compared to traditional toilets. The foam sealing type uses foaming agents to cover the surface of excreta, forming a sealed layer to block odors and reduce flushing requirements. The waterless flushing type processes excreta through packaging or biodegradation technologies, requiring no water throughout the process.

Structural and Material Characteristics

The main frame is welded from national standard steel and covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials, ensuring structural stability and a service life of over 20 years. The exterior wall materials are diverse, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood, balancing durability and aesthetics. Internally, it is equipped with an independent toilet pit zoning treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity self-flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device. It is also equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems to enhance user comfort. Some high-end models integrate intelligent systems, such as bottom-layer PLC data acquisition, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting mobile app control of lighting and flushing for intelligent management.

Environmental Adaptability

Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, it can operate normally within a temperature range of -20℃ to 50℃ and operates on a 220V voltage, suitable for most outdoor scenarios. Its modular structure supports rapid assembly, disassembly, and transportation, with the installation time for a single toilet shortened to a few hours, meeting the flexible deployment needs of temporary locations.

Application Scenarios

It is widely used in short-term events such as entertainment performances, sports events, conferences, and exhibitions, as well as long-term outdoor locations like gardens, tourist attractions, construction sites, and campsites. Its mobility advantage avoids environmental damage caused by traditional toilet construction while reducing pollution through resource recycling, aligning with sustainable development concepts. For example, in construction sites, mobile toilets can be relocated with the progress of the project, avoiding repeated construction. In tourist attractions, their ecological design can blend with natural landscapes, reducing visual impact.
